Breathtaking

This lovely condo was just as we remembered…..breathtaking. We loved watching the dolphins while sitting on the couch or on beach with our feet in the waves. Shelling was amazing too this year as was the pool! We feel blessed every time we come back here!

Gorgeous views and steps from the beach!

This condo has views that grab you as soon as you walk into the door, which attracted us years ago for our first stay and it still has that same appeal years laters. The living room with its comfy furniture and views you can just get lost in for hours no matter what the weather is outside is where we are at, if not on the beach. The beach is steps away with an nice outside shower area. The complex is not overly crowded and is well kept with a nice pool, grill area and shuffle board court. It’s centrally located to restaurants, grocery, shopping & the other beaches. This top floor penthouse condo itself is roomy, large walk in showers, large TVs in bedrooms, lots of storage & closet space, nice size laundry room, & a spacious screened in patio. The owners, Barry & Fran are great to work with if any concern arises and encourages your feedback to help improve on the condo and your stay. They are always improving on some area of the condo. This year is a new kitchen remodel , Can’t wait to come back next year and see it! Adding keyless entry to the condo in the future could be a plus as well.

Perfect beach vacation

Always such a pleasure to stay at P6D. Beautiful Sanibel location where we can count on Barry and Fran to make our favorite condo the best place, every time! They keep it well stocked and very well maintained. We started coming here when our almost 16 year old was a toddler, and wouldn’t consider any other condo. It feels like home- not just a rental. The most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing place to vacation.

Our family just wrapped up a fifth stay at Barry and Fran's property. We've already booked and are looking forward to our sixth visit next year. The condo is beautiful, the ocean view is spectacular and they are wonderful hosts. It is such a peaceful and relaxing destination with only the sound of the ocean waves lapping at the shell covered shore. The condo is always clean and stocked with everything you could need, from cooking utensils to beach umbrellas and chairs. Barry and Fran take great pride in the condo and providing their guests a perfect vacation experience. Thank you for sharing your beach paradise with our family!

Sanibel Paradise

This is our 4th Stay at this property. As usual everything was excellent – the tremendous view, the great electronics (TVs, audio, internet), the well-supplied kitchen, and even the Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella provided for the beach. Barry the owner is always available to assist whenever something comes up. On this trip there was a tropical storm approaching on our last day and Barry was kind enough to call and give us a heads-up on the forecast and what it might mean for Sanibel. A Great Place to Stay. Looking forward to next year!

Amazing ocean view and perfect condo

Our trip was great! The ocean view from the condo was just beautiful. Being right on the beach was very convenient. We saw so many types of wildlife right on the Island Beach Club property. Barry and Fran are the perfect hosts with wonderful communication.

Paradise Found!

Beautiful Stay in Sanibel!

What a great week we had in this beautiful condo!! Only wish we could have stayed longer! So close to the beach you could almost reach out and touch it! The Wilson's were SO nice to deal with and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. Looking forward to a return visit soon...unfortunately not soon enough!! Thanks for your hospitality!!

A great view with all the amenities!

We have continued to stay here for several years now for so many reasons. Island Beach Club welcomes you at the drive into this well kept complex with beautiful pavers and lush landscaping, and a large pool. It is centrally located near the shopping and restaurants. Condo P6D offers an assigned covered parking space with a storage room full of every beach item one could need. A nearby Elevator for easy access to unload to this top floor condo. Then you open the door to see the most amazing view which draws you right into the living area. The inside of this condo has high quality furniture, comfortable beds, a kitchen with most anything one would need to cook a meal, large closets, full size washer and dryer, and large TVs in bedrooms as well as the living area. Nice size screen in lanai with lots of seating. And the beach is just steps away with a outdoor rinsing station to rinse off all the sand. Barry & Fran are exceptional hosts who really care about your experience in their condo. They are prompt to response to any issues and are always happy to answer any questions you might have. Only improvement I could think of would be adding keyless entry to the condo. No keys to keep up with at the beach would be a great bonus.
