We were very happy with the condo unit. It is clean and spacious with lots of natural light. It was a blessing to us that the unit is pet friendly and we were able to bring our two small Yorkie rescues. They had a great time too! The only exception to a perfect stay is the distance to and from the central elevator. We are elderly so it was a bit difficult for us but we managed. Thank you.

Great Place

Beautiful unit. Very close to the ocean and pool. Second floor allowed for a great view. One maintenance request was attended to on the same day. Great communication with property manager. Restaurants are back.

Beautiful view

We decided to go south for spring break, we chose Sanibel. Our condo was ocean front with a nice screen porch ( to protect from the no-see-um bugs). Nice condo, well furnished and comfortable beds. They were nice to furnish beach towels, folding chairs and sand toys! The walk to the beach was a short walk with a nice rinse off station. The pool was fabulous with a lot of chairs and umbrellas. The island has come back nicely from the hurricanes. Great restaurants and shops. We will return there in the future.

Very relaxing family vacation

My family of 5 enjoyed our Christmas vacation in Sanibel! Spacious, wide beaches with soft white sand, a large, heated pool, Pickleball, bicycling, dining, reading, playing games ... the condo, its amenities, and the location met every need. Would definitely recommend!Important notes to active families: (1) pack your Pickleball set since the condo doesn't have one, and (2) the bikes provided are sufficient for tooling around, but you'll need to rent bikes for serious riding.

Still evidence of Hurricane Helene.

The parking area was backed up with water on the side. No carts to unload with. Only one elev in center of building long walk with the luggage. We left the next day because of the coming hurricane.

Perfect Beach condo overlooking Gulf

This place is very cute! We were more than comfortable, we had everything we needed, place was very clean, very short walk to beach, you can pick your spot right from the screened balcony!

Almost Beach Front

The ease of check in and the cleanliness of the condo made our arrival great. It was updated with new appliances and everything we needed. The views from the screened in lanai were amazing. It was almost like being in a direct beach front condo. The only thing that could have been better was the occasional loss of wi-fi internet connection, but that was probably due to the ongoing recovery from Ian. Overall, we were pleased and had a wonderful time. I will say that Ian certainly upset the ecosystem and the no-seeums were out at times and places we weren’t expecting. We still enjoyed our stay very much.

Sanibel Rebounds

This was our first time back since the hurricane. Property is well-maintained with first class view. Property manager was responsive. The impact of the hurricane is still obvious, but the island continues to bounce back.

Post Ian Visit

I was surprised by how much progress had been made on the island since Ian. We have been coming to Sanibel for 9 years and love the island so much. I was worried about how it would look at it would be the island we know and love, but I was wrong… it is still amazing! The amount of clean up and rebuilding was shocking. The charm and beauty was still there and we were so excited. The condo had the most perfect view, very comfortable and a great location.

Your Search Is Over!

If you are looking for an amazing Sanibel condo in extreme close proximity to the beach, this is the one! We couldn’t believe how amazing Walter’s condo was. We were very satisfied with how Sanibel Holiday Rentals went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Shelling was great right on our beach. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas are provided. The condo was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We stopped at Publix to pick up groceries before going on island but found that Jerry’s Grocery had anything else that we needed, even No Natz bug spray! Their meat department was impressive and they will even steam shrimp for you. Thank you to Walter and Sanibel Holiday for ensuring that our week was magical! We will be back to stay here again.
