Beautiful home, clean, very comfortable, felt like home away from home. We had a lovely stay, host was very responsive and friendly with all questions, easy communication. Pool and hot tub were also wonderful Location very close to everything! Loved our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. From the comfy king size beds to the massive family room TV, everything was perfect. Temps were in the mid 90's so a good part of our days was spent floating in the pool which was cool and refreshing. We truly loved the house and hope we can get back one day.

Fantastic house, One of my favorite vacation rentals! Steve was great with communication and we didn't need anything. The house was not short of any necessities.Highly recommend, just not when I visit again!

Beautiful home! Great quiet location. Listen to the birds swim in the warm pool, relax in the hot tub. Can’t beat iit. One of the best places we ever stayed in as a family!

Really enjoyed our time in Sanibel. This house was perfectly located on the island. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and made our stay comfortable. Since we do a lot of our cooking during the day, the kitchen was nicely stocked with decent cookware and utensils, which makes a huge difference. The house was equipped with anything you would need for the beach or day by the pool! The host was friendly and available if we needed anything.

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Beautiful home, quiet court. Host was very responsive and friendly! We have been coming to Sanibel for over 15 years and this is our favorite location so far!! Truly amazing!!

The home was new and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The host was accessible and wanted our stay to be perfect. No problems and would definitely stay here again

Steven was an incredible host! We stayed 7 days. The house is very clean, very bright..the perfect private retreat! We enjoyed the backyard pool with hot tub..cooked several meals in the incredible well appointed gourmet kitchen. Looking forward to booking this wonderful home again! 10/10!!!!!

Steve was on top of everything! He was prompt in answering any questions we had. He had the hot tub ready to go upon our arrival, which was a blessing since it was unseasonably cold. The house is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. We had a wonderful stay!!

The house was beautiful but it had some quarks; doors that don't close, sliding glass door didn't lock on the left side, tub drain doesn't work. Then there were the wasps getting water from the pool. A local woman blamed it on the lack of rain but we got rain and still had wasp. My husband killed a bunch in the pool last count was 107. The owner seemed attentive, accommodating, helpful, and had someone out to install a lock but not much can be done about the wasps other than the need for a pool cage. Was it nice? Yes. Would I go back? Not until it had a pool cage.

We had a fantastic stay at this Sanibel property and can't wait to return.The backyard was the highlight for us. We had a dog with us and the fence was extremely useful. The pool and spa were beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Florida weather. We especially loved the large spa, which felt almost like a private plunge pool as well as a hot tub.The landscaping created a wonderful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind while still feeling connected to the surrounding neighborhood. The house also provided afternoon shade over much of the pool area, which made swimming and relaxing outside especially enjoyable during the warmer parts of the day.Inside, the home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the property was clearly well cared for. We appreciated the bright lighting throughout the house, the comfortable mattresses and bedding, and the clean, well-appointed bathrooms. The waterfall showerheads with separate handheld wands were a nice touch, and the cabana bathroom was especially convenient, particularly with the dual showers.Overall, this was one of the most relaxing vacation rentals we've stayed in. We made wonderful memories here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Sanibel getaway.(PS, Publix delivery with Instacart works perfectly at this address! SUPER convenient!)

Great place for a getaway

The house was a great space! Very clean, spacious, updated, wonderful pool area to relax after the beach. Good location on Sanibel, close to many beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Only used bikes once. Great communication with owner and was able to let us in early and check out late! We enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous home in Sanibel

Clean and comfortable home with everything you will need. The backyard pool is a tropical sanctuary. An awesome rental that we hope to stay in again.

Lovely and relaxing

We have stayed in Sanibel many times but this was our first time renting a house. The peaceful and charming oasis of a backyard is the star here! The kids lived in the pool and the grownups loved relaxing in the hot tub! There were lots of great beach gear and plenty of bikes for us all! The neighborhood was quiet and lovely making this an easy place to relax while social distancing!

Christmas vacation

We had a wonderful time. The backyard is perfect!! Loved the hot tub and reading on the sun. Osprey in a nearby tree was a bonus

Great outdoor space.

The pool area in back was well kept and private. The pool was wonderful but it’s worth noting the hot tub flows into the pool so it was about the same temp. The indoor area has a large living/dining area nice for families.

This is a beautiful spot. Home was clean and in a private setting.

There was one minor plumbing problem and the owner jumped on it immediately and got it fixed—very responsive. Swimming in a lovely pool with a whirlpool on a private setting was wonderful! Can’t wait to come back!

This house is exactly as advertised and the host is helpful and responsive. Pool set up great, excellent AC and WiFi, and new appliances.

Relaxing

This home has a beautiful back yard. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Mr. Archer was very knowledgeable and willing to share information regarding available activities and good places to eat. The house is stocked very well. The kitchen has everything you might need. This home is comfortable and nicely located where you are close to everything. We would definitely rent again if the opportunity arose.

A perfect getaway

This property was perfect for our family's vacation (three teenaged kids, parents, and a mother-in-law). The house is very comfortable and the kitchen works well. The backyard is an oasis - we could play in the pool, lounge on the hammock, or have a meal without seeing any neighbors because of the mature plantings. The house had several bikes that we used to go to the Darling Nature Preserve (the entrance is less than a mile away) and down to shopping/meals down on Periwinkle Way. We had such a great time, I've already recommended this property to several friends. Steven was very responsive to our questions and helpful as a host. Thank you for a perfect Christmas vacation!

Pure Paradise

This home is pure paradise! We had our first family vacation with two infants (3 months and 5 months) and this house was perfect! Having the pool and amazing backyard was great for the whole family. Every detail of this house is thought out perfectly and you truely feel you are at home. The layout of the house is perfect for 3 separate couples to have their own "side" of the house. The house is located pretty much across the street from the ding darling preserve and we were able to go on a kayaking adventure and it was Beautiful and a ton of fun (highly recommended). The owner is very professional and responds in a timely manner to all communications. We will definitely be coming back to this house for family vacations in the future!
