Newly Renovated Penthouse D42 with Beautiful Views of the Gulf!

  • This beautiful two-bedroom, two bath penthouse Unit D-42 has memorable Gulf views from the screened-in lanai and the large private rooftop sundeck. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, plenty of counter seating and is fully equipped. The living room has a queen sized sofa sleeper and entertainment center with 50-inch 4K QLED smart TV. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, 43-inch 4K smart TV and direct access to the lanai. The custom designed ensuite master bathroom has a double-sink vanity with plenty of storage space and includes a beautiful seven foot by five foot walk-in shower. In the guest bedroom you’ll find a queen sized bed and twin extra long bed, with Roku HDTV, and an adjacent bathroom with shower and tub. There are granite counter tops and tile and new LVP floors throughout. Linens, including beach towels, are provided along with beach chairs and umbrella.

    Pointe Santo de Sanibel is the most sought-after complex on Sanibel Island and is perfect for families. Complimentary high speed wireless internet is provided in the unit and throughout the complex. Splash in the renovated salt water heated pool, and enjoy the adjacent hot tub. Relax under the newly constructed pool-side Pavilion. This property was very well stocked with everything you would need. It is clean and very well put together. The views and access are some of the best on the island. We have stayed at several properties in Sanibel and this is by far the best in terms of value and overall experience.

The unit was updated and very clean and the condo community was impeccably taken care of. Host was very responsive. The view from the lanaia and rooftop deck is incredible.

We had the best time in sanibel. Rooftop was absolutely perfect in every way. Very clean updated unit short walk to pool and beach. Will definitely return someday.

Great unit. The roof is such a nice amenity. While there was construction as the island continues to rebuild, it didn’t impact our stay at all.

Relaxing week

The condo was spotless upon our arrival. The views the the screened porch and the roof top terrace were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, and the beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo. Spacious, clean, and wonderful value. We really enjoyed no crowds or traffic!

Seemed very vacant in the complex. Construction is ongoing, but it didn't bother us at all. No complaints whatsoever with the condo itself. Wonderful experience!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Mas des Cyprès sehr genossen. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön sind die beiden schattigen Terrassen, der gepflegte Garten und der große Pool. Saint-Andiol ist ein guter Standort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Saint-Remy-de-Provence, Les Alpilles, Les Baux, Arles, die Dörfer im Luberon etc.)Liliane und Michel sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Loved it here! The unit was perfect; clean and had everything we needed. The rooftop patio is completely worth every penny! Great view, perfect for sunset, and beautiful star gazing. The condo complex is looking great as well. Beautiful grounds, nice pool area and they provide lounge chairs on the beach. Location on the island made it very convenient to get anywhere we needed to go. Definitely a great stay!

Outstanding vacation. Unit D42 had everything we needed for our trip. Condo is beautiful, clean and well equipped. All the restaurants in the area are top notch, food is incredible. Already booked for next year!

Overall the video was exactly as described. However, the dining room chair backs (made of metal straps) damaged 5 articles of clothing due to the sharp edges. Three of them were brand new so that was disappointing. Also, the master bedroom mattress has a large hump in the middle and the frame makes noise if you move. Loud enough to wake you up. Lastly,if it rains the lanai gets soaked as there’s no cover for the top of the stairs to keep rain out.

Wonderful Week

We had a great week on Sanibel! A little worried about the weather coming in, but it turned out to be perfect. Condo and grounds were top notch. Very good communication by the owner. The only negative thing I would have to say is that we had to leave. Thanks for the perfect week!!

Great beach condo.

This properties owners are wonderful hosts. Their unit is clean and stocked with good quality kitchen items including a blender and coffee makers and ice maker in the fridge. They also had nice beach chairs, umbrella, and towels available for use. We loved the rooftop lanai. Would definitely stay here again.

Paradise on Sanibel

We had a week long stay in Paradise. It was a short walk to the beach, beautiful view from the lanai. I have not rented a condo in the past so was not sure what to expect. My review reflects answers, if you are new to renting a condo. I have nothing to compare our experience to. This is by no means a bad review it’s just to answer some questions you may have prior to your stay. The accommodations were very comfortable, bed, pillow and sheets! There were extra pillows in a cabinet but no extra pillow cases provided. We had essentially what we needed for the week, including a cooler, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. You will need to shop for food, spices, including salt & pepper, laundry soap (if you want to use the laundry machine, which we did several times in the week). There are fluffy hand towels, shower towels and washcloths provided. There was just enough toilet paper for two of us for the week, and we ran out of paper towel - there was not a full roll when we arrived. There was hand/body soap and a small amount of shampoo to get you started. Dishwasher detergent, dish soap provided and there was one pouch of coffee for your first morning - there is no Keurig. I packed some coffee from home b/c it was not clear and we are coffee drinkers 😁 I’m not sure if any of those additional items (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps) are provided by the property manager, we did not ask. We shopped for anything we needed during our stay. We had an amazing time, the condo is very comfortable, spacious and all updated just as the photos depict. The kitchen has all you will need to cook and there are gas grills, not far from the unit. We would absolutely rent here again in the future!

Perfect Location.for Sunrises, Shelling, & Sunsets!

Loved, loved, loved the rooftop deck! It was my favorite spot for sunset! Looking at other rooftops, this unit definitely outdid itself with a counterweight table and stools in addition to two adirondaks and two loungers! We loved to go up and stargaze at night. The beach closet was a huge plus with lots of nice beach chairs, some floats, pool noodles and fishing poles. Kitchen was lovely and came with every appliance you could need. We arranged to have our fridge and pantry stocked in advance of our arrival by Jerry’s Grocery. We also loaded up at the Sanibel Farmer’s Market. We walked away with fresh guacamole, ceviche, Twila Mae’s chicken salad, empanadas, Indian, Mediterranean, smoothies, produce, a giant salad and more. It’s a must visit. Pointe Santo is perfectly situated to avoid the hustle and traffic of Periwinkle! A two minutes drive to Baileys grocery and quick access to so many great restaurants, shopping, the Ding Darling refuge, Bailey Matthew’s Shell Museum and CROW Wildlife Clinic. 10/10 Fantastic place to stay!

Winter Paradise

This property was exactly as pictures made it out to be. Beautiful views, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. A quiet relaxing place where fun can be had by all. Already looking forward to our return trip.
