Communication with our host was fantastic- very quick responses to questions I posed. The cottage was very spacious for the four of us and was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. We ate breakfasts, one lunch and one dinner in the cottage during our 3 days on Sanibel, and the only recommendation would be for our host to have some very simple staples available such as aluminum foil and/or plastic wrap or plastic bags for those who want to cook their meals there and have leftovers. Also maybe some staples such as olive oil/cooking oil, ketchup and mustard. But this cottage was in a great location, you can walk to the beach and you are a short ride away from almost everything. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice but needing furniture

The property was newly renovated and nicely done. It needed 2 more chairs in livingroom and bureaus in 2 of the bedrooms. Also towel racks. It would also have been nice if they had a couple folding chairs. There were 7 of us and only 6 chairs at table. Only 5 could watch TV.

Family week at the beach

We flew in from Oregon; 9 in our group. The house was a perfect fit for us for our week on the island. We would book again. If you are staying more than 2 days, stop at a dollar general and buy paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher soap etc.

The place was better than I expected, very clean, great comunication, free bike perfect place for big family and pet friendly. short walk to the beach no more than 6 minutes. I will back for sure.

Beach Vacation

This property was fantastic. Plenty of room for all six of us visiting Sanibel. It was clean, and well stocked with towels, sheets, and kitchen goods. The communication with the property manager was easy. The beach was a short five minute walk.

Spacious and clean

Very nice, quiet, adorable, with outside sitting area and a gas grill on property. Very spacious and newly decorated. water pressure was really low in the shower and refrigerator smelled awful fishy the entire time, probably from last renters. I didn't see management and the staff on site didn't speak English when we needed something. We rented golf carts from Sanibel carts which I recommend, it made it easier to drive and drop our stuff off at the beach since parking around that area is not allowed unless you have a special passes. Outside of those few things it was a nice weekend getaway.

Great family trip

We had a nice time saying at this property. It was a great place to stay with my family and my elderly father, who needs few or no stairs for his mobility. It allowed for a great family vacation in a beautiful place with access to all the things we wanted to see and do.

Great place and location

These cottages are super cute, fresh, and clean. The location is great as well, about a 5-8 minute walk to beach. Sanibel is VERY bicycle friendly, I just wish they had a few more on property. The beds are insanely uncomfortable and there is exactly one pillow per person. The kitchen is missing some fundamental items I wish I knew ahead of time such as pots and oven mitts. There is zero consumables which is fine but be sure to bring your own oil, spices, etc. I would have dropped one more star but they are still recovering from hurricane Ian and it is clear they are working hard to make the property nicer. Would also suggest they spray for no-see-ums. as Floridians we are used to them but they were beyond relentless on property. Communication from Rosen folks was 100% 5*! Anything we asked about they responded / resolved immediately.

Girls Getaway

Palm View has done a beautiful job refurbishing this property. It is cheerful, modern, nicely updated, and in a perfect location. Once all the window coverings on the front doors are installed, I will give it a 5+
