Sundial at Sanibel F203 is exactly where you want to stay for a relaxing island getaway. Located on the second floor, elevators are available, of Building F. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of room to unwind after a day at the beach. Building F is closest to the communal heated pool!

The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two queen beds, making it a great setup for families or friends, and the guest bathroom offers a convenient shower/tub combo. Each bedroom offers smart TV with Xfinity Cable!

Communal Laundry is available on the 3rd floor next to the elevators in the same building as this unit, F203.

Sanibel is especially bike-friendly, with scenic shared-use paths throughout the island, making it simple to ride to breakfast, browse boutiques, visit nearby beaches, or enjoy a leisurely cruise under the palms. Complimentary parking is available at the condo, and having a car is helpful for grocery runs, visiting Captiva, exploring the Sanibel Lighthouse, or spending the day at J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge.

Toll to go onto Sanibel Island via the Sanibel Causeway is $6 for a standard 2-axle vehicle if using a transponder. If you don’t have a transponder (toll-by-plate) it’s $9. SunPass, EzPass and others will work for the $6 rate.
