Perfectly located near the pool and the beach allowing for ease of enjoyment. Having chairs & a wagon helped when going to the beach. Enjoyed having multiple TVs in the different rooms allowing everyone to watch what they wanted while relating. Very spacious and kitchen was equipped with everything needed for meal prep.

This was a beautiful beach view and a lovely property. It was easy to access the beach. The property owners were easy to reach when we had a couple of questions and they were kind and responsive. The beds were very comfortable and there are ample beach amenities, books, and other unexpected items for us to use in the condo. We loved our experience and vacation there.

David was very responsive to all my questions. The condo was great! More kitchen gadgets than i have seen in other condo rentals. Everything is brand new and of good quality. We stayed for two weeks and while we went out for several meals, we like to cook and this condo had our cooking needs covered. Views are gorgeous and the location was perfect!

The description and photos do this slice of paradise do it little justice. The Gulf is gorgeous and the is an unobstructed view. Your feet are in soft, white sand when you walk out the door. Everything you need for the beach is handy by the front door. David is an amazing host. Very responsive.

This property was absolutely amazing! Clean, well-stocked, attractive decor, beds comfortable, nice bed linens and our favorite surprise…the craft ice! The sundeck gave us beautiful views of the beach and the sunsets. We would and probably will stay here again! The host was prompt with responses and gave great recommendations and suggestions about the island. It was truly a wonderful week!

Beautiful Fully Stocked Get Away Spot

Absolutely loved this condo. Overlooks the gulf with absolutely stunning views. Condo was beautiful, clean and fully stocked. The owner reached out a week prior and gave us the low down on the island. Gave us the latest list of open restaurants along with his favorites that did not disappoint. My husband and I have neck and back issues. Bed was very comfortable. We even had a wagon with beach chairs to take out each day. Pool was gorgeous and overlooks the gulf as well. We had one of our best times at this condo.

Beautiful unit! Clean, new, excellent location. Well stocked with all the essentials!

Rented this unit for my Son/daugher inlaw and 4 yr old grandson. We stayed in a similar unit 2 floods below.Everything was awesome.

The Condo was beautifully decorated and right on the beach. The pictures don't really do it justice. We enjoyed walking from the pool to the beach in under two minutes. Our host was wonderful and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back soon.

Simply Amazing Property!! We had four adults and could not have had a better time!! The condo was amazing, spotless and beautifully remodeled after the storm. The private roof top deck was spectacular!! The location to local restaurants and grocery store less than 2Miles. Our host , David, responded within minutes to any communication we had!! Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a Sanibel island beachfront vaca!!Thanks David!!!

The description is accurate. It’s a very clean apartment, newly furnished with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful view of the beach from the primary bedroom, lanai, and rooftop deck. A car is desirable to get around the island.

Unfortunately due to Hurricane Ian we had to cancel our trip to Sanibel.

I reviewed all things high as I am SURE we would have had an excellent experience. We are sad that our trip was cancelled and even more sad to see some of the photos of the island and the property. David has been so great about communication with us.

Would absolutely book again!

Everything is wonderful about this condo! We enjoyed the high quality details and David, the Host, was very prompt in responding to any questions. Remember to bring special bug spray for the “No See-Ums” (aka Sand flies) if you plan to be on the beach early morning, dusk, or on cloudy days.

EXACTLY what we hoping for!!!!

Our family of 4, including our 2 adult daughters, stayed together in this beautiful property on the top floor of Building E in Pointe Santo. We were so excited when we opened our unit door to see our condo was exactly as pictured and described on the website! The view of the Gulf of Mexico welcomed us immediately upon entering the freshly-cleaned and well-ordered space!! David and his wife have done a beautiful job of renovating and updating the unit in what is an older complex. Our living room, master bedroom, lanai and rooftop views directly out to the Gulf of Mexico were just magnificent! The large dining table allowed for family games every evening! And while we chose to eat every meal out, we did use the coffeemaker, the fridge and freezer, the dishware and silverware as well as one pan for reheating the ample leftovers. As described, this unit comes complete with everything a couple or group needs, including cookware, dishes, a few tools, and containers of dishwashing and laundry detergents. The beach cart folds away inauspiciously in the kitchen and is definitely helpful for the multiple treks down to the beach. The portable vacuum stored right next to it was an added pleasure in keeping barefooted sand and small shells cleaned up. Ample bath and beach towels kept everyone clean and dry, and the in-unit stacked washer and dryer definitely saw its fair share of use (make note for next visit: pack far less!). Pointe Santo is perfectly situated right in the center of Sanibel, making it easy to get to all nearby restaurants, shops, and tours and excursions. There are plenty of chaise lounges, which negated our use of our rented beach chairs (but we were also too busy swimming in the warm and wonderful Gulf, shelling in the water and on the shore and photographing the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and even the incoming storms!!) We appreciated David's emailed packet of information and in-unit info sheets--they were detailed and comprehensive. This one-week vacation was EXACTLY what we had hoped for, and we definitely plan to return to this unit the next time we head down to Sanibel! A big thank you to our hosts and staff!

Dream vacation

Our stay was amazing. The property was beautiful and it felt like home. The owners truly thought of everything while putting together the property. Every little detail was thought of. David was so kind and answered all of my questions when I had them. My favorite part was laying in bed at night and being able to actually hear the waves crashing on the beach. The resort itself is great too. We loved the tree house hut at the pool. It is so family friendly, and my daughter loved doing all of the crafts. Great place all around. I can’t wait to go back!

Home Away From Home

This property is better than advertised. The owner is absolutely magnificent. The hospitality, accomodations, and amenities are all top notch. I cannot imagine taking a vacation anywhere else. This property is a true 5 star masterpiece.

The water view from this condo is awesome. Restaurants and groceries are nearby. Pointe Santo is older but well maintained. We'd consider renting again in the future. Great week on Sanibel!

Perfect Accommodations!

Great experience! Unit was close to the elevator and everything was easily accessible for my aunt who uses a walker. The views were incredible and everything was exactly as advertised. I have to praise the owners for providing a fully functional kitchen with tons of serving dishes, beautiful cookware, and lots of useful tools like blenders, mixers, cookie sheets. You name it! We cooked all of our meals here all week and we had no issues! Loved the wagon too....it was great for transporting bags and beach stuff. Parking was the best, as it was right by the door!
