Birthday get away

This property was perfect. We felt like we were the first people to rent there. It was brand new, spotless, neat, well stocked and decorated so well. We would highly recommend this lovely condo for your stay on Sanibel Island. It is only a minute walk to sunrises, beach walks and beach chair in the sand!

Beautiful area and Beach front . Condo was clean , plenty of room, comfortable mattresses. Plenty of amenities such as pool, tennis court, bikes . Easy access to shops and restaurants.

Newly renovated unit. Very attractive and comfortable. Pool was also lovely. Complex still has a bit of construction going on, but it was not noisy or obtrusive. Available as short term rental which are quite limited in Sanibel.

Family stay

The location was great and unit very clean and comfortable. Best of all was the manager who went out of her way to make sure the needs and special requests we made do to 3 guests recently having surgery was met. She went above and beyond. Can’t wait to return 😊

Great condo!

All was as described on vrbo website. Great location! Wifi was spotty but no big deal. Would definitely rent a car if I did this trip again! Not very walkable in the crazy Florida heat lol

Dream location!

This was our first trip to Sanibel. Not knowing what to expect from our trip, it was only adults. We will be returning and taking the children with us next summer. The beach was perfect. It was clean, easy to maneuver with our belongings (as in it was packed and easy to get around on, not loose sand that you sink into). It's a very relaxed environment, there were no touristy spots. We generally stay in the Panama City Beach area, which is very busy. Sanibel is nothing like that! There is a true island feel. Our room at Sanibel Siesta was very clean. The beds were comfortable! Lots of extra pillows and blankets included in the closets. We loved that the room had everything we needed for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, noodles, all of it. We cannot wait to return next summer!

Fantastic location! Great on site property managers

This was the perfect spot for our long weekend on Sanibel. Just steps from the beautiful beach. Bikes for rent on site. Even the pullout couch was comfortable for my teenagers. The rental company delivered a crib for the 1 year old and we had everything we needed for a great trip. Would definitely stay in unit 102 again!

Can't Wait To Come Back

We loved this location. The units were private and we didn't hear any of the neighbors at all. The pool is large and refreshing. Easy to get in and out and access to the beach perfect. The unit was perfect for our family of 5. Had everything you would need and more. I can't thing of one thing I would change and definitely we will be back!

Enjoyed the beach and the short walk from the unit. Great pool and staff. Screened in porch was nice. Everything that we needed was here. Used the beach chairs and umbrella. . Bike riding on the island is excellent.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was just the right size for the two couples enjoying it. The management personnel were helpful and nice; the condo was clean and comfortable; the walk to the beach was short. The beach was wonderful and so nice to be able to walk right to it whenever you felt the need. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitiely return!!

We had an overall great experience. We loved how close it was to the beach. Very quiet and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch. The bike rental was great to get to the main attractions and it was not too far to ride. Thanks for a relaxing time, our first time in Sanibel was super!

Clean, great beach, good location for town and trails.

Property was well kept, but not many “extras”. They have only one pool, a couple of tennis courts, and no poolside or property bar/food. That being said, we probably wouldn’t have used many other amenities anyway because we love the beach and bike riding...the trail is literally out your front door!! The condo was great with a nice screened porch. Really quiet even as a first floor unit. We ate out for most meals, but it looked like they had plenty of kitchen items if you want to cook. I only wish that there were laundry facilities in each unit. (There are some on the property). I would definitely recommend this place. and we absolutely fell in love with the island!!
