We've been renting this condo for 8 years; spending a lot of money for it. The twin beds have never been great, but this year they were horrid. Felt like we were sleeping in a hammock-they were that saggy with no support.(We all had backaches.) We also found flat, old pillows in both bedrooms, along with the same dated bedding-still showing it's wear in the Master bedroom. We reached out to Select staff to let them know and they're always gracious about making sure the owners know any concerns. Will things change? We sure hope so. As courteous and loyal renters, we don't think it's asking too much to have comfortable beds for the price we're paying. The reality is: this unit will always be rented because of the stellar view. And, I'd be remiss if I didn't appreciate: how well-appointed kitchen is now, the updated bathrooms, as well as the comfortable living room with Smart TV. But, come on! The beds and bedding really should be addressed. Please.
