The pool was recently opened having been redone. It was wonderful. The new deck area and bathrooms were well done. The pool was and lounge chairs were cleaned every morning and we spent quite a bit of time in the water. The only challenge was the noseeums were very active. I would advise bringing but spray. The condo was also recently redone and was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo smelled pretty musty. And I have no words for the bugs “midges” that were there. We could not go to the beach without being miserable. Actually there are two of us that had to make ER visits upon our return home the bites are so bad.

My daughters and I loved the location to the beach and local shops. We just needed a little girl time to relax and talk. This property and area was perfect: beach access, bike rental, icecream and shrimp were splendid.

Pointe Santo is a lovely complex, well designed for good view from all units. Spacious condo, a little dated but nice. Were some minor repair & cleaning issues which property management attended to promptly. Cons:Very late check in and no management available onsite on Sunday. Easy beach access. Fell in love with Sanibel!!❤️

Wonderful condo, all amenities

What a perfect place for our family beach trip. All amenities were wonderful including view of beach, lagoon and pool and sunsets. There is a closet full of beach toys and shelling supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The property is a little outdated. The carpet on the outdoor steps and in the hallways outside is really dated and causes the appearance to look drab. There are many areas on the property that hold water. One of the outdoor grill areas was never able to be used due to always being flooded. The pictures of the condo we stayed in don't show the dated appearance inside. The keypad doesn't work very well either. The front bedroom, kitchen and front bathroom do not get cool at all, it's always very warm in those rooms. Disappointed with the amount paid for a week.

Beautiful complex

The condo is just a short walk to the beach with chairs provided by the complex. The heated pool is lovely offering adult swim times. Maintenance is obvious and the staff are very friendly. I will be returning again, we had a very lovely vacation and enjoyed the beach immensely

Wonderful condo and great location. We had trouble with the door lock but the property management resolved the problem very quickly. The resort had very limited visitor parking and poor lighting in the parking area at night.

A little piece of Paradise

The unit was clean, well stocked and location was perfect. Being up on the second floor allowed for in obstructed view of gulf and center lagoon area. We have been to Pointe Santo many times over the last 30 years and I would rank this unit amongst one of the top choices!

Condo was very clean and set up with everything we needed for our stay (beach towels, chairs etc). Plenty of room for us with a great view. Property grounds well maintained. Great location! Check in and out was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Sanibel Beach Vacation

Perfect location and steps away from the beach. Very clean facilities. Pool area right outside the condo with kid activities. Planned the vacation for my 74 year old parents who couldn’t get over the view, large king bedroom, and how close it was to the beach! Lots of items in on site including chairs, beach umbrella, toys. This place exceeded expectation and I would stay again and refer others! My only suggestion would be to better identify there is an elevator in each building and where it’s located. We arrived in the dark and carried the luggage up. Was happy to eventually locate it!

Great place and nice area to be on the island. Loved the ease of getting everywhere on the island. Beach was close and nice. Condo suited our family of 4 well. Enjoyed all except the no-seeums.
