Paula & Ralph, you were amazing hosts...the unit had everything a family would need to enjoy themselves...the kitchen was supplied with every tool, dish or spoon we needed. We grilled a few times and that was easy to use and near-by. They left all instructions & recommendations in a handy notebook. The swimming pool and access to the gulf was close & easy to get to...We loved seeing Sanibel and staying at Sundial...we hope to return...Thanks...Pat & Family

Exceptional stay from beginning to end. The condo is beautifully decorated, inviting, and very comfortable. Great location just steps to the beach and short drive to Ding Darling, shops, and great restaurants. The patio and master bedroom have views of the ocean. The living area is so nice we chose to stay in most nights or rushed back after dinner to enjoy our surroundings. The hosts have thought of everything to make sure your stay is stress free such as easy instructions, well stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, nice dishes, cookware, etc. Shampoo, body wash, towels, and comfy bedding. It was nice to start our vacation immediately and not have to run to the store for essentials. It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the easy to use tvs. There are several well-placed power strips to plug in devices. Great beach gear including chairs, umbrella, and beach towels, We did not use the nice pools or beach club but plan to on our next trip. They have restaurants and bikes plus other amenities. Paula was so sweet to check in on us when it got chilly and offered to help with things to do during our stay. She was so welcoming we felt really at home. We loved everything about our stay here and cannot wait to go back!

This condo was perfect for us! It is clean, spacious, has a great balcony with a bit of an ocean view, and all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay! We did not cook when we were here, but the kitchen is fully-stocked with nice dinnerware, cups/glasses and appliances. The decor throughout is lovely and comfortable! Moreover, Paula and Ralph are excellent hosts - checking in with us to make sure that we had no problems accessing the condo and asking if we had any questions. This was a long-planned friend trip, and we loved every minute on the island and in the condo. We spent a lot of time at Ding Darling, went cycling on the many bike paths, did a great bird-watching kayak trip and enjoyed the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum! Oh - and you also get some of the great amenities that come with the Sundial Resort - we especially enjoyed having margaritas at the Tiki Bar! If you are planning a trip to beautiful Sanibel, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean room, nice location, everything as advertised. Host made a point to reach out a few times to ensure things were going well. One note, the No-see-ums were out in full force outside the room. Bring your deet. Nothing the host can control of course.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay with awesome hosts, this is the place!! Everything was perfect with this Condo, the beach was right there and we found 1000’s of beautiful shells and we didn't have to drive to popular beaches and pay per hour to shell hunt. The resort amenities were so convenient. Our host Paula saw to every need!! We’ll definitely be back!! A for this VRBO rental.

We had a great time at Sundial! The unit was clean, nicely decorated and close to the pool and beach. Paula was great to work with and very responsive. Our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids—ages 10,7,&4) were very comfortable in this unit. The unit had everything we needed—beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella.

Perfect for families. Great location.

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a great location. The unit is stocked with everything from beach towels to beach chairs/toys/a cooler and shelling tools. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need for meals, snacks and storage. Parking is ample and easy. The pool is steps from this unit and the beach is just past that. The view from this unit is stunning—the pool and the ocean in one view! The ocean can be seen from the master bed/bedroom and the porch! So pretty. Sundial resort is 35-40 min from RSW airport with tons of grocery stores on the way for easy shopping. Paula was fabulous to do business with and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
