Was surprised that the management of the property were not available until Monday of the check in. Very unusual. We thought we may have had an insect problem but had no one to clarify that we didn’t until Monday after a Saturday check in. Second bath had a leak that wasn’t addressed until Monday by shutting off the water to the sink. So no water in sink until Friday when plumber came to replace faucet and fix the issue.
