We had a wonderful stay at Sanibel Mooring. The property was clean and and location was close to everything we love about Sanibel. This was our first time staying on this property and we were pleasantly surprised. Each time we had an issue (with the TV) the maintenance people were quick to respond and set the TV up so that we could easily use it.

Nice inside except for hurricane AC

Condo was nice except for extremely loud & forceful AC. It was disruptive enough at night to interfere with sleep so we asked it to be checked. Right over bedroom & bathroom. Overcharged for only 1 pool & laundry room.

Sanibel Mooring is a great place to stay. The accommodations were very lovely. The staff is especially helpful and courteous! Rosie is a great asset to the staff; so helpful and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you Sanibel Mooring for an excellent stay. 212 is a really cute condo.

Everything was first-rate. Loved the fact it is in a botanical garden right on the beach. The condo was nicely furnished and the pictures were even accurate. The free beach umbrellas and chairs were a nice bonus.

The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner plans a kitchen remodel to make it even nicer. We can’t wait to check it out once it is done. The property is well maintained with nice amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas and kayaks. We didn’t have a beach view room but that didn’t matter since it was just a short walk to the beach which is great for shelling.
