Fantastic condo for our small family of three! My husband and I stayed for a week with our one-year-old, and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. They even dropped off toddler dishes and bath toys, which was such a kind and appreciated touch.The property was exceptionally well equipped for a beach stay, with chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, shell-collecting gear, and a beach wagon; there was truly no need to bring or buy anything extra when traveling with a little one.Having the beach right on site was wonderful, and we enjoyed the heated pool every day with our son. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples and small families.

We can't say enough good things about our experience. Rob and Jennifer were incredible. The unit was everything we hoped for. The area was perfect. Walking, biking, pickleball, dining - it had it all. We will definitely return.

Fantastic condo. Well stocked with everything needed and beyond. Extras like beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels very much appreciated. Inviting and nicely decorated. Was a great getaway location for us. Sanibel Island does not disappoint for the shell hunter and walks on the beach.

From the moment we arrived at Sundial, I was filled with excitement—seeing the resort beautifully restored after Hurricane Ian gave me hope and gratitude. Our condo was spotless and inviting, decorated with cozy coastal charm. The card, champagne, and orange juice left for our anniversary were such thoughtful surprises and made us feel truly special.Exploring the property, I was impressed by how fresh and renewed everything felt while maintaining that laid-back, welcoming vibe Sundial is known for. The owners’ (Rob & Jennifer Winters) attention to detail was obvious—from the well-appointed condo to the sparkling pool and the peaceful atmosphere. We never heard any construction noise, which made our stay even more relaxing.Evenings were spent strolling along the sandy shore, soaking in breathtaking sunsets. With both the elevator and pool fully operational, our days were easy and enjoyable. I’m so grateful for the dedication behind the resort’s revival.If you’re thinking of visiting Sanibel, Sundial D310 is ready to welcome you. For us, it was more than a vacation—it was a chance to celebrate, reconnect, and create wonderful new memories in a beloved place. I can’t recommend it enough!

AMAZING SANIBEL STAY!

Please don’t look any further. I always book through rental companies on the island but wow these owners should become rental company owners. Their apartment was fully stocked, extremely organized, clean, beautifully and aesthetic, welcoming. Jennifer was a pleasure to speak with and she was able to help with any and all inquiries I had promptly. Truly a kind couple. We had an amazing time! Thank you!!

Last Minute Dad/Son Trip

Wonderful experience! The property has everything you need for a relaxing Sanibel vacation. Bikes provided were great! Parking easy. Excellent location. Cute, updated condo, love the tile floors throughout. Not one hitch or issue. Owners are super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended from lifetime Sanibel visitors.

Coastal Comfort

We love Sanibel Island but this condo was so amazing. It’s tastefully decorated with the coastal vibe and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay there again when we come back. Thank you Jennifer and Rob! Just beautiful!!!

Perfect Getaway

Fresh and clean accommodations with special touches that make it feel like home -- very comfortable and welcoming. Other reviewers have hit all the high notes for this unit. I enjoyed every minute of my stay, this was the perfect spot for some much needed R&R. (The "off season" of late September/early October was great - not many people at the pool or beach, very little island traffic.)

We’ve stayed here twice in Rob and Jennifer’s unit. It’s very clean and bright. They’ve included all the amenities you need to make it feel line a home and not a rental .

Amazing condo!

My fiance and I loved our stay at this condo! My family has vacationed in Captiva for years but we have never stayed on Sanibel. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and very close to the beach. The rental was well equipped with most everything you'd need for your stay. Although we brought a couple games with us, we loved that they had tubs of games, movies, coloring, etc. I imagine this would especially be great for people staying here with children. The condo is equipped with a small cooler, ice packs, umbrellas, a couple of beach chairs and beach towels, and some beach toys. Just a word of caution, one of the umbrellas was broken and the other had a couple broken ribs which made it not the sturdiest in the wind. The beach chairs are also rusting which stained all of our swimwear, towels and cover-ups so just beware if you are planning not to rent any additional chairs. This is of course no fault to the owners, beach equipment wears out! Super close to the beach and very short drive/bike ride to most of the restaurants and shopping. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is decorated beautifully and just as it’s shown in the photos. It also comes equipped with many of the small things that many rentals do not include, such as dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo and paper towels … just to name a few. The beach is beautiful and the shelling is great! We hope to be able to visit again soon!

Cozy beach getaway

This rental was in a great location. Walking distance to beach with paths conveniently through the Sundial condo complex that led visitors right past the pool. Great location for biking too—with a ten minute bike ride, we were able to access Periwinkle Way and all of its dining and shops. The bed was comfortable too!
