Condo was wonderful and as expected

The condo was as pictured. Everything it said was included was included, except for the fishing poles (which we didn’t end up needing anyway). The trim work and painting was ok, not professionally finished. But the unit was comfortable, clean, and we enjoyed our stay. It had all the amenities we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool, both where we spent a lot of time. The complex only has management until 4pm and you can only check in after 3. That was difficult since we got there just after 4 and they never sent us any “late check in” emails, as they said they would. They had a phone number to call on the office door and it was a bit of a hassle to get into our unit initially as their phone service didn’t have that passcode. They have gas grills for complex use, but one night we attempted to use them they were out of gas. They also have kayaks and canoes free for use. But they can only be used in 2 hour check-outs between 9-4. We loved using them but would have loved to use them longer than 2 hours to explore. The pool was clean and fun. The grounds were kept up and they had a shell washing station that was also great to wash sandy feet after the beach. We would stay again in the future!

Great place to stay

This property has a lot to offer. Covered parking keeps your car’s interior cool instead of baking in the sun. Nicely maintained pool area with some wide shade umbrellas. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of cookware, cups, dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean with excellent water pressure. The large dining room table was much appreciated too. Overall this property provided our family with a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great beach family vacation

2nd time renting this exact condo so we knew what it provided. Had great amenities to cook meals and enjoy (cooler, chairs, umbrella) the beach. “Off hours” staff was very accommodating and caring. Would stay here again!

Great location, property needs a little maintenance.

Great location to beach, but the unit we stayed in had a very slow tub drain and some lights that did not work. Overall, we got the impression that maintenance was mediocre. Areas of the decking were rotting and some paver walkways were crumbling.

Beautiful condo

We had 4 kids and 4 adults. Plenty of room for all. Short, nice walk to the beach. Loved having the beach chairs and cart already there! One thing I would recommend is upgrading the TV in the spare room. It’s a small, old box type TV. This was our kids room and they couldn’t even enjoy watching movies before bed. Would highly recommend!!

Family comfort

Lots of space for sleeping, privacy, and family gathering. Adequate linens, kitchenware and beach gear. Dishwasher, clothes washing machine and dryer were very convenient. Great location for beach access- nice walk to see wildlife! Beautifully landscaped grounds, plenty of opportunities for exercise-tennis courts (tennis and also pickle ball), swimming pool, canoeing, kayaking, biking and walking. Designated parking spot and condo door locking mechanism very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

This condo was a great place to stay for our group. We had 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 6-8) and we had plenty of room. The on-site pool, tennis courts, and short walk to the beach were all excellent. You can drive (with some traffic) to restaurants and shops on the island or rent bikes to get around. Captiva Island is also a close drive. I would recommend this condo if you're looking for a place to stay on Sanibel Island!

Relaxing

A great place for family & kids!! Complaints- condo was not available until 1 1/2 hours late! Very inconvenient for us! And, coffee maker didn’t work so had to wait till Monday till they brought us another one.

Great place for a family vacation.

Very nice condo, plenty of space, bikes delivered right at the condo, kayaks available, the beach is a few steps away, so a great place to relax.

Island paradise

The condo is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach full of shells and sea life. We saw dolphins everyday. One even came up within 10 feet from shore. Property was well maintained and the staff were very accommodating. B203 was a well appointed unit with everything we needed to cook our meals and enjoy our stay. There was lots of space for 7 adults. Rented a boat from Captiva Water Sports which is 10 minutes away. Had dolphins jumping in our wake.

Fun but rug was trashed, gross. Cabinets need new liners have old smell. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning but carpet and kitchen spoiled it.

Great for extended family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blind Pass E208! The condo is extremely spacious and clean, providing everything you could possibly want and beyond, from pots and pans to beach umbrella, mat, cart, and toys. The location was perfect! We enjoyed sunrise and sunset walks as a family. Relaxing and swimming at the beach and pool. They go over the top to accommodate your every need and desire. Kayaking and tennis! We loved being close to Ding Darling and Captiva. Even got to swim with two dolphins that came 20 feet from us. We are nature enthusiast, so this place was a win win, but also comfort to the max. Our sons were birding, even at night, where they called in 10 Eastern Screech Owls! So fun!!! We also got to see a Mangrove Cuckoo. It was also in good proximity to Bailey's for groceries. Plenty of space to hang our hammocks, read a book, paint the lush scenery, and create family memories that I know will last a lifetime.

A great place to stay near the beach.

The property was in a lovely, secluded spot on the island, and offered what we needed in accommodations for a multi-generation family week. We were told that the owner is about to update this unit. While it is true that the kitchen and baths could benefit from updates, the facilities were clean, roomy, and convenient. Of special note was the beach closet, which contained everything we needed for the beach along with games and puzzles for inside. The condo is very well stocked with cookware and tableware. The management could not have been more helpful. We had a serious medical issue arise with our grandson, and they went out of their way to be helpful. We would love to stay at Blind Pass again in the future.
