"The basement apartment was very clean and in a very good location. She was very helpful when we needed something and we had a nice little vacation in Winnipeg."

"Check in was easy. Great location. Parking on street in front of house no problem. Kitchen had the basics. Tassimo made wonderful coffee. Beds comfortable but firm. Host was exceptionally attentive and accommodating. She was a blessing."

"Beautiful place, it had everything we needed. Close to grocery store and a lovely ice cream shop just around the corner. Location was perfect for where we needed to be for work. Host were very pleasant and accommodating. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again...coming back in October ! "

"This property is in a quiet neighborhood. It was centrally located for everything we had planned. The house and property is very well kept and very cozy. There are plenty food options within 10 minutes of the house. If we go back to Winnipeg, this would be are go to rental."

"The suite was very nice, very clean. We were disappointed with cell service ( as I needed it for work). Outside walk way will be good but needs something to keep surrounding rocks off the sidewalk. We suggest a door to separate suite off the bottom of the stairs. It appears the host did not minamalize the amount of noise in the am. Host responded to cell service question promply"

"Stayed at this basement suite during a weekend. It was easy to find on Google Maps with on street parking. Had very good communication with the host with instant replies. This was our first VRBO experience and so we were a big apprehensive to the idea. Overall we had a great first experience! The Suite had everything we needed and more.
