I am in room 120 The people in 220 last night they were having fun by bothering us. They jump and jump nonstop. I called their room, I called the hotels reception and they are careless. I woke up to them banging on our door and jumping on room 220. They are getting on my nerves big time. Its too much. My daughter Amelie was woken up twice..and they do it on purpose. So much aggression.

I really like the hotel staff very polite and professional. The cleaning staff did a pretty good job as well. Overall pretty good hotel only thing I did not enjoy was the breakfast. It was very cold and not fresh. I went to the bread section and the bread was hard and stale I even saw mold on one of the English muffins. Not really expecting five star dining but they need to really improve with the breakfast as far as it being hot and fresh and better quality.

Breakfast was good. Front desk employees were very nice and helpful. One even printed my boarding passes to fly back to Florida. Her name is Kat i believe. I visited Oregon for a week to see my oldest son and first grandson. I will definitely stay their in the future again. Thanks again!

The front desk staff was nice and the breakfast was good. I felt like our room was definitely the opposite of nice. The "pullout sofa" was sooo bad it would have made more sense to sleep on the floor. Our shower didn't drain and it was kind of gross. I will say, the pool was fun and that area was clean. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool amenities but the room itself was not worth what I spent. AND the entire hallway smelled like stale weed. Our 8 year old was worried someone hurt a skunk in their room. Other than that, it was a decent stay for a budget motel. Not my favorite Best Western experience, but not my worst!

The service was excellent. What a heart-warming surprise when I saw the octopus made of the towel by the hotel staff to match the blue octopus I put on the bed, it was so cute and lovely, and the thoughtfulness of putting the black towel there for me to wipe off my makeup in the restroom. My whole experience is fabulous! I'll stay here again if I ever come back for a trip.

There was Tillamook cheese on the eggs & Marionberry syrup for the waffles served during breakfast. Great for people visiting Oregon from Virginia. We addressed any concerns we may have had directly with the hotel assistant Manager. This was a wonderful place to stay while in Sandy, Oregon or the surrounding area.

I paid 220$ for a room with two bath towels for two people one being a female who needs two towels alone, we walked in to a room with a hole in the sink I don’t mean a crack I mean a hole like water will run out onto the floor hole. and a hole punch through the bathroom door like there was a domestic disturbance there prior. We called down to the front desk and were told. Ya we know about it. I will never stay there again. I could have rented an Air BnB for less.

The staff was accommodating, the maintenance and upkeep was terrible. The electrical outlets are worn out and without cover plates. An extension cord was provided by the front desk, and when plugged in it asked and tripped the circuit breaker, leaving us in the dark. We were moved the next days the facility was full. Will not be returning to this or other Best Western facilities.

It was okay. We enjoyed the pool. The bed was comfortable. Pack n play was available. AC wasn't on in the room when we arrived, it was very hot. AC didn't work very well. The sink was broken and there was a hole in the bathroom door. Chipped paint, broken elevator. Breakfast was okay. We will find a different hotel next time.

Up all night bc of kids running above us. Neither of the bed side lights worked, the door to the bathroom literally blocked the entire room. Terrible new design. For $220 a night, not impressed.

Sean at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling, the fan on the wall was coming off the wall, and the floor bathroom towel had hairs on it.

Very friendly staff and very clean room. Hallways could use some cleaning (dog hair on carpeting). Twice I had to wait at the desk for a long time with no one available to provide shampoo, which was missing in my room. Otherwise very happy with my stay.

The hotel was conveniently located for what we needed to do. My daughter's and I felt safe and the room was clean. Only challenge was that the property was short staffed and had to wait quite some time to get someone to the front desk to check in.
