Wonderful house in Sandwich

I cannot say enough things about these hosts- they were amazing and uber responsive to every need we had (which wasn’t a lot but still very nice to know they were so on it). One amazing example was that the blow dryers weren’t working and they instacarted them immediately. Not necessary but very much appreciated. Only slight critique is that the office is part of a bedroom. So from the pictures, we thought the 8th bed was going to be in the office (aka another room) but it was actually a part of the upstairs bedroom. Fine for a week but not what we had anticipated. While it does sleep two families of four, might recommend having only three kids that take the room with the three twin beds (which was perfect).

Lovely House Near the Beach

This was our first time staying here and we were happy with our choice. The house was lovely- newly renovated and beautifully decorated. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable with good quality sheets and towels. We enjoyed the back deck and the gas fireplace. The location is great for walking to the beach and to the Tree House Brewery/Beergarden. Dan and Desiree were great to communicate with and very responsive hosts.

This was perfect place to stay, wish I could have enjoyed it more but was visiting the cape for my brothers funeral. Definitely will be back as my family and I loved staying here and made us feel like we were home.

location, location, location

We were looking to visit Tree House Brewery, this house is within walking distance! Walking distance to the Boardwalk, beach, rode our bikes to the Canal bike trail. Grocery store within a mile, 2 seafood restaurants within a mile. The house was very well supplied, light switches all marked so easy finding the one you want. The welcome book is full of info regarding the house, local businesses, places to visit. The owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly when messaged.

Struck gold! Perfect stay for family and friends!

I'll start by saying, our group of adults and kiddos were all very sad to be leaving this home on the Cape. The photos and description are 100% accurate. We immediately felt so comfortable upon arrival. Check-in was very easy and communication with the owner was quick and responsive. The decor is very lovely, beds/bedding super comfy, living room great for movie night, deck and fenced backyard with lawn games was great for all of us, fire pit for s'mores, the location is spot on for walking to the beach/boardwalk (using the provided beach cart filled with with chairs), walking to Tree House Brewery. Grocery store, breakfast/lunch spots, shops, ice cream, restaurants all within a short drive. I've had pretty good luck booking homes for vacations, but this one really made us all feel like we struck gold. Highly recommend and hope to come back for our next group vacation!

Clean, comfortable house!

Great house. Recently renovated. Very clean. Super comfortable beds and soft sheets. Loved being able to walk to the beach. In-house laundry and linens provided made life easy. Close to great restaurants. We will be back next year.

Beautiful Home for Family Vacation

The home was beautiful inside and out and so comfortable for our family. We love to cook and the kitchen was fantastic and well appointed and organized - so appreciated!! The deck was lovely with flowers and a great dining table - yard was well cared for and fun for yard games. The shed was clean and stocked with games and beach essentials, also so helpful and appreciated. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living area were beautiful and well appointed. Appliances and AC all worked great. Location was terrific, we easily walked to both Town Neck and First Beach with kids and didn’t have to pay for parking once. Quiet, safe street. All around it was a beautiful setting for a wonderful family vacation. We can’t wait to come back.

Delightful stay in Sandwich!

My husband and I, along with our two friends, had the opportunity to visit Sandwich over Memorial Day weekend. This gorgeous house was the perfect place to stay. We could walk to town for sandwiches or ice cream, walk to Treehouse Brewing for beer and walk to the beach. The house was pristine and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here in the future!

Great property in beach neighborhood

The house was so comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were attentive and easy to contact before, during, and after our stay. We really did not need much, however, as every detail was thought of in advance by our hosts, from the welcome packet to the lavender pillow spray in each bedroom. It’s a great location, within walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to the Canal, restaurants, shops, etc. We hope to return in the future!!

Perfect beach house in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the Town Beach. Grocery shopping and good restaurants were all nearby in the lovely town of Sandwich. The owners were extremely accomodating and easy to communicate with. So glad we extended our stay by a few days to enjoy the great fall weather during the off season.

Nothing but Charm

This charming cottage was absolutely perfect, located in the charming town of Sandwich. It was a great starting point to visit Salem, Boston, Plymouth, Woods’s Hole, Chatham and others. The cleanliness, neatness, organization and decor were top notch. Plus, so many little touches that made it feel like a home. Loved spending my 75th birthday there with my girlfriends.

Beautiful Cape location! Great spot for exploring the Cape and islands. Sweet, comfortable home surrounded by great restaurants made our stay really comfortable. The hosts were super responsive. Overall, I loved it and would come back when in the area.

Perfect Two Weeks

A beautiful property exceptionally clean. Great communication with the owners who thought of everything and included a house guide we found very helpful with great recommendations. Great walks to the beach and to some fantastic places to eat. The place was well equipped with anything you would need a super place to stay and can’t say enough how kind and responsive the owners were to every inquiry.

Great Base for Exploring Cape Cod

This was probably the best holiday rental we have stayed in. It is a really lovely holiday home - better even than comes across in the photos. Great living area, well-supplied kitchen, comfy beds, effective AC, super quiet location within walking distance of the beach and a short drive from the supermarket and great restaurants and ice cream of Sandwich. We had a great week. Just remember to pre-order your linens. I forgot - totally my fault - and it was quickly remedied but it would have been smoother if I had sorted it in advance.

Great location and beautiful comfortable home

Beautiful comfortable home with all the amenities of your home away from home. Location was great for restaurants and beaches.(walking distance to so much) Neighborhood was quiet and so relaxing for walks in the morning and at night. We look forward to our next stay here. Wonderful Home

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The house was clean and updated and truly had everything you needed! We enjoyed the back deck every day and the neighborhood is beautiful for walking. Wonderful family stay

Must Stay Here!

Dan and Desiree are outstanding to deal with in every way. This home is immaculate and was absolute perfection for my family. The neighborhood is so quiet and everything you need is not more than a few miles away. We loved all the recommendations from Dan and Desiree. The bike path was fun, the food at the local restaurants tremendous, and MOST OF ALL comfy beds that welcomed us after a long day of fun. Will stay here again!

Beautiful, clean home within walking distance to the beach

Loved staying in this cute home in Sandwich. It had everything you could possibly need. Was modern and clean. Great location to see things on the cape, about an hour to Boston and PTown. Lots of restaurants nearby. Took many morning walks to the beach and saw seals out in the water. They were just hanging out in the water off the beach. Had a great time.
