Great Stay – Perfect Location!We had a fantastic stay at this property and would absolutely book it again. The layout of the home was excellent, making it comfortable and easy for everyone to spread out and relax. A big bonus was the video game setup, which was a hit and made downtime really fun.One of the best features of this place is the location. Even without direct lake views, you’re incredibly close to everything, which made getting around simple and convenient. The parking and entry access were also very easy, which is always appreciated when arriving with bags and gear.The only small hiccup we ran into was with the check-in communication. The instructions mentioned we’d receive the door codes by text or email, but we later learned from the manager that all communication comes through the VRBO app. Once we realized that, everything worked smoothly.Overall, this was a great place to stay in a fantastic location, and we’d definitely recommend it to others.

This property has pretty much everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Roomy, clean, modern, and the beds are comfortable. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and bars, and a close drive to anything else you might need. We were there in the coldest part of the winter, but I can imagine how much fun it would be in the summer. Highly recommend!

This 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for my family. There was enough room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes and utensils and the laundry was nice to have. Communication with the host was excellent. All appliances looked brand new. Coffee was even provided.

This place was great! Great location to walk to downtown Sandusky, but still nice and quiet. It was stocked with some nice amenities and made cooking a number of meals there really easy. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

Clean, simple and nice accommodations in a convenient spot to the numerous tourist attractions in Sandusky. A bit more clarity as to the beds available would’ve been helpful in the listing. There is some wear in the unit but overall kept well.

This was the perfect spot to cool off and lay our sleepy heads after a long day at Cedar Point. The space worked perfect for the 6 of us, ages 10-46 to spread out and relax, thank you. We will be sure to look you up next time we meet up at America’s Roller Coast!

Literally perfect Sandusky gem

Mimi’s place was perfect! It fit our family of seven with ease and room to spare.. The location was . Easy walk to the pier, the ferry, fishing and restaurants. The sushi restaurant right next door was sooo good!Mimi has the place stocked with anything you need- not having to worry about towels or sheets is such a treat, especially when traveling with a big family. There were little gems throughout the condo like: washer & dryer with soap & dryer balls to use, a make-up washing towel for ladies with pesky mascara, a fun video game machine with throw backs like pacman and dig dug (Of which I am now the high score owner!), chopsticks in case you order sushi, a FULLY stocked kitchen, etc… Highly recommend a stay here!!!

Very Nice

Stayed with 7 of my family members for a 4 day trip. Everything was a very short walk or drive. Everything needed for cooking and cleaning was provided by the host which was very helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Sandusky!

Was a couple minute walk downtown, on first level which was nice you didn’t need to carry all luggage up stairs. Guest provided parking spots and overflow in grass next to it. Would book again

Great location, very clean!

We were pleasantly surprised at the property location. It was an easy walk to the lakefront, dining and shopping. The drive to Cedar Point was a quick 10 minutes, max. The owners gave great park tips. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed for breakfasts in. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had no functional issues. A few more towels would be nice. Our party of 5 used them all with each shower cycle, so I washed them daily. Our only real issue was street/building noise after hours. Even with earplugs, the sounds of other tenants and passing vehicles kept all of us up after midnight each night of our stay.

Historic stay

Our family was comfortable with the accomodations in this historic apartment building circa 1848. Modern touches have been added to allow for relaxation. There were a couple of quirks making this a unique experience, and it was wonderful staying inside a historic building well maintained. Keep up the good work, owner!

Great Spot Close to Downtown Sandusky!

The property was the perfect size for our annual trip up north. The condo was decorated with fun beach murals and each room made you feel joy and welcome. My young niece and nephew loved running around and we all enjoyed the dining room and living room space. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the handy laundry room right off the kitchen. The owner was very responsive and we enjoyed the entertainment listing that was provided. We are definitely coming back to this wonderful fun condo!
