"A great and affordable option for a couple or a small family.The property more than met our needs for a week stay on the island. It allowed us to relax in the evening, cook our own food and was close to all the sights and activities.The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Any reviews that say otherwise are incorrect. The beach is beautiful and is sandy unlike some others that can be very rocky. Patty was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. Her pups were very friendly and came by to...

"Mireto’s cottage provided a wonderful respite for my family while we spent time in Lakeside. The rooms in the cottage are much larger than they appear in the photos, which was an unexpected bonus. "We enjoyed our time in this charming, well stocked cottage. The front porch is a fabulous place to sit and enjoy the outdoors or have a meal. The cottage is a close walk to everything you want or need to go to. Loved that it had air conditioning! We were also were so appreciative of the bikes and the wagon which our grandson LOVED!"
