Lovely home away from home in Sandpoint

This condo is tucked in a convenient side street in downtown Sandpoint. Close to everything including City Beach. We have stayed here twice and look forward to our next trip.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Place was gorgeous, right close to all the shops and restaurants and there was wine and sparkling water ready for us when we arrived. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect 4th of July Property

The property is in a perfect location for firework viewing and is only a short walk from both the beach or downtown. It is also in great condition and furnished with everything you need in both the bedroom and kitchen. We had some minor issues with getting check-in information, but Paula quickly made it right and got us what we needed.

Absolutely lovely.

Location was perfect as we are Vegan and City Beach Organics was right down the street as well as Yoga, coffee & cocktails and all while overlooking the gorgeous City Beach and Marina! Loved it!

Condo was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Small hiccup with our arrival date but Paula was quick to take care of it. Condo was locatec within walking distance of thd beach and shops. Would definately rent again.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that there weren’t any sheets for the hide a bed in the living room. But otherwise all was perfect.

Short Stay

It’s walking distance to everything. Building is very quiet which is nice beside the trains. But you can’t really avoid that noise anywhere in Sandpoint.

Great stay for 2 in Sandpoint!

This was our second time staying at this property and have the same to say again! Just great communication with the owner and property manager and everything was spot on! We were able to enjoy the covered patio this time and how great it was. Thank you again Kathryn & Paula.

Great stay out of the AZ heat

Looking for a break from the AZ heat our road trip brought us to Sandpoint. The Lofts are ideally located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The view over the marina was mesmerizing. Unit was appointed with all you need. DEFINETLY stay here again.

Great condo in downtown Sandpoint

This condo has a great location in downtown Sandpoint, which is convenient for walking everywhere. The place was beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The manager was very quick to respond to troubles with the door lock and solved the problem. Highly recommended.

Upscale Unit

We loved our stay at this property. The furnishings were more high-end than most places we've stayed at. The kitchen was well-stocked and the owners even left us two bottles of water and a bottle of wine (although we didn't end up drinking the wine). They furnished shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The towels were very plush. We'll be back! Thank you!

Fantastic experience in this beautiful clean unit! Great views from this top floor penthouse (yes there is an elevator)! Walking distance to Sandpoint’s downtown. Unit has everything you need and is so comfortable. Only problem is we did not want to leave. Thank You for a great experience, we will be back.

Ideal Sandpoint Location

Wonderful view, downtown at your door step. Unfortunately, parking lot construction across the street all day Friday and from 7 AM to 6 PM on Saturday. One off event just bad timing for us.
