A Family/reunion Wedding

Great spot for Schweitzer skiing

This was our third stay at The Seasons at Sandpoint. We have been very happy with all three of our visits. The property has units that will accommodate a large group, it's a short drive to Schweitzer for skiing, close to the town center, and it has a fantastic hot tub. The property owner was also very generous in comp'ing us a free night based on some minor issues with a few of the appliances in the unit. We highly recommend The Seasons at Sandpoint!

Good stay with some caveats

Overall the stay and property was excellent. However a few things to note. 1. I’m not certain there was AC in this house. At least we couldn’t find it anywhere. It got HOT. The sun blasts this house all day and it never really cooled down at night. 2. The trains are LOUD!!! Two of the bedrooms are less than 50 feet from a train track and the trains come all hours of the day. 3. Location is great (other than trains) but it’s quite a long walk to the public beach. Bikes or car is recommended. 4. Check in process is a little old school. No remote check in. You have to pick the keys up from a physical person. And if you show up late it’s after hours. Would like to see an ability to check in with codes etc. 5. Hot water runs out fast. We had four adults in the house and in the mornings after one or two people showered we’d run out of hot water for a few hours. For the price we paid, we’d kind of thought they’d at least have instant and unlimited hot water.

Perfect location

We are a group of five friends who meet two or three times a year to knit, chat and eat. This location was perfect. The home is conveniently located to downtown Sandpoint and City Beach and the view is fabulous. The property was immaculate, with plenty of space. We would all like to return (or not to have left!)

Winter ski trip

Our second stay here for our group of 9. Four kids age 9-16 and 5 adults. Plenty of room to spread out, sit by the fire, do a puzzle after fun days skiing up at Schweitzer. Large well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and highly recommend!

Great place with great views

We stayed here with a group of 9 people and this unit was so spacious, we did not feel like we were on top of each other. It was very clean and comfortable, and great proximity to town and a reasonable distance to the ski hill.

Sandpoint Weekend

We stayed the weekend and skied Schweitzer. It was a great spot to have space for our group in one unit. Place was great and the view was amazing. Easy check in process and great location.

Our party consisted of 6 adults and 5 kids who all came to ski at Schweitzer. The condo was 3 stories and easily accommodated us. Gorgeous view overlooking lake.. Kitchen was nicely furnished. Community whirlpool was used nightly.

Great stay at Sandpoint townhouse

We were 8 adults and this townhouse gave us plenary of space to hang out together or have privacy. It has a beautiful view of the lake and is fully accessible with an elevator. The kitchen was reasonably equipped. It was close to downtown and reasonably close to Schweitzer for skiing. It is close to the railroad and the bottom floor bedrooms are isolated well from the sound. The upstairs bedroom which is closest to the tracks does experience a lot of train noise and rumbling.

Fun winter escape

We stayed for a week in February to ski at Schweitzer Mountain. The lodging was spacious for our group of 9 and it was awesome to come back each day and use the hot tub and pool. The location is in town/on the lake and a quick 30 minute drive to Schweitzer. The location on the lake looks ideal for summer activities but it sure worked for our crew in the winter as well! The staff were helpful and attentive during our stay. One small downside to this property is the location near train tracks, with trains passing by frequently day and night (noisy). It didn’t seem to bother our crew much but it may be bothersome to some. Overall an excellent property and stay!

Perfect getaway

This property was the perfect getaway spot for our 3 families (12 ppl total). The space was set up wonderfully for multiple families to enjoy and the location had a beautiful view of the lake and was walking distance to town. We all highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing time! The entire property is beautiful, and house was as advertised. Having an elevator in the house was such a blessing to allow my Mom to move through the house freely. The property managers quickly addressed any needs we had.

Great Place!

This property is in a great location and can accommodate a large group. We had multiple families with several kids in our group. it was nice to have a "basement" type area for the kids to hang out while the adults were on the main living area. Highly recommended!

The place was beautiful, the view was great, the place had top notch quality and was well appointed The train was more intense than we imagined. It woke people more than a couple of time in each of the upstairs bedrooms. Each of the upstairs bedrooms are in desperate need of black out curtains and we couldn’t get the sound system to work with the main floor TV.

As a whole it was a great place to be. The communication with property management was quick and helpful. Everything went very smoothly. The detractions for us were the trains and the lack of black out shades in the bedrooms upstairs.
