Amazing Property

Amazing home and location and privacy. The lake front location is breathtaking and front lawn and beach is wonderful for kids. Our family of 13 had a great time togther!

Amazing property

I stayed here with a group of 12 adults for a ski trip and it was amazing. Everyone had their own bed, the house was well stocked with eveything needed for cooking, it was in great condition...and the views were incredible. It's also close to town and close enough to Schweitzer. I'd highly recommend this place!

Amazing house and super clean!

Right when you walk in, you can already see the attention to detail of the home. The location was great with private access to the lake, amazing kitchen and very homey. The space was perfect for my family and I and we really appreciate the thoughtfulness and cleanliness that was provided. Would stay here again!

Amazing lakefront vacation spot

Our group loved the property. It’s our second visit and we plan on coming back. Amazing views of the lake and a short trip up to Schweitzer. The property managers are extremely professional and the place is spotless.

perfect fit for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. Beautiful home and well appointed with everything iwe needed. We had a lot of “water-time”. Swimming out to the floating trampoline was a favorite for our 8 year old grandson. We had our own kayaks and SUP’s but also used the ones that were available with the house.Communication with rental company was flawless.

Beauty and the beach

This was our second time staying at this location. The house is comfortable and very user friendly with a lay out that is great for families with kids. The kitchen/living room is perfectly positioned to take in the spectacular lake views. The kitchen is well appointed if you plan to cook your own meals. The property feels very secluded due to its position along the beach. There are no visible neighbors from the lake facing windows. The small private beach and firepit are ideal for evening/after dark bon fires. And the hot tub adds an extra layer of relaxation. We love this location and intend to visit again soon.

Great location for a family get away.

The home was great for a family vacation and was very liked by my family that came to have some fun. Kids loved it. Mike our manager was great at the task that I asked for to be corrected. The cleaning was a little off think do to the covid they were short handed sounded like. But we got it handled. There were always something to do for everyone even when it rained. We will stay at this house again.

Christmas visit.

This is a beautiful, warm comfortable home. We loved everything about our stay there. I loved that the fireplace was a wood burning one as it adds to the character. The management team pays close attention to all details and is more than accommodating for a couple extra requests. Fabulous stay!!

perfect vacation house

The Point at Sandpoint is an exceptional property that has everything one could want or even think of for the perfect vacation house. It is set on a beautiful piece of property facing a crystal clear lake. The house itself is fantastic, separate bedroom wing, large great room, kitchen with all the updated appliances, a large wrap deck, beach, splash pad, boat house with plenty of lake toys, a garage with bikes, ping pong table. There is nothing this vacation house does not have. Our family totally enjoyed our week at Sandpoint.

Fantastic spot for friends & family.

Our second stay at this property... fantastic spot that is able to accommodate 3-4 families with ease allowing everyone privacy as well as central gathering in the great room. Kids area is a must have for any property, this one is stellar!

Beautiful

Beautiful setting, wonderful home. Point location gives gorgeous 270 degree views. Note only 1 en-suite bathroom - goes with the MBR, only King bed. A kind of communal area for sinks in hallway. Toilets and shower in separate rooms, and a full bath for the media/kids accommodations. Perfect for a big family! Gorgeous little beach for kids and grown ups alike and a much used hot tub.

We had a wonderful time, beautiful property and so well maintained. The home is designed perfectly, the sleeping pavilion was private and quiet with beautiful linens,and the Breezeway Pavilion offered beautiful views of the lake and we all enjoyed the glass wall feature. The great room and kitchen were decorated so nice and had plenty of glasses, dishes, for all. The grass area was such a nice place to relax and we enjoyed the fire pit and sandy beaches too. Our family had a fantastic time and we look forward to renting the same home next year:-)

We had an absolute ball! The house was perfect for our family of 12 and the location was ideal. It was a pleasure to work with and meet Kellee and none of us wanted to leave at the end of our week. We have never stayed at a home that was so well stocked. From the welcome basket to a pantry full of staples, we had what we needed. The one thing missing was a large frying pan. From booking our week, during our week and after our week, Kellee and her son Robbie were professional, friendly and helpful. We couldn't have been happier with the entire experience.
