It was so nice to stay in Sandpoint at the condo. Our family was staying down the street so we were within walking distance of their place. It was nice to sit on the deck in the morning having coffee overlooking the lake. Everyone in the community was friendly, it’s so nice to be with walking distance of town.

Great location. Comfortable beds. The pool and grounds are nice. Well stocked with all of the essentials. The deck was unusable because it was very dirty (dust and bugs), notified the manager and she indicated the cleaning crew was unable to get to it before we arrived (I think we were the first guests in the unit for the season). Other than that it was great!

Beautiful setting and the pool was great - the kids loved it. Tennis courts were clean and amenities nice. The common space was too small for 4 adults and two under 3 years old. The air conditioning was insufficient in the common areas. I was very disappointed in not being able to park a trailer on the property. There seemed to be plenty of parking spots available.

Fantastic location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Condo del Sol- such an amazing spot, close to town, with a beautiful view of the pool and lake. The condo was comfortable for our group of 5, the gated entrance and community amenities (such as pickleball court and bbqs) made for a comfortable stay.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay! Great location close to downtown. Nice that it has the pool, pickleball, horseshoes, and basketball court. Only reason for no 5 is no A/C.

Beautiful view

Unit has everything needed for a short stay. The living space is quite small which was disappointing because we like to gather together as a family in the evenings. And the lack of air conditioning made for some hot nights. Otherwise, everything was clean and the access to the pool and lake were amazing. We have stayed at Condo del Sol many times and I'm sure we will be back.

Weekend trip to Sandpoint

4 of us went to celebrate our friends 25th wedding anniversary. I loved how close we were to the downtown area and pool at the condos. All and all, it was a nice place to stay if you aren't afraid of stairs.

Fantastic location

This was a great stay. Our family had a fantastic time. The location was walking distance to everything we needed to see and do and easy to access. Our kids loved the pool and tennis courts, took full advantage of them both. The condo had lots of room and comfortable beds. Check in and communication was great. We'll definitely be back.

Great stay

The condo was perfect for our family. Easy check in and communication. Plenty of space for the teens to spread out. Small but well equipped kitchen. Great views overlooking the lake from the windows. Very convenient to town for shopping and dining.

Lovely View of Lake Pend Oreille

Anyone who is not proficient on stairs should take care. The condo needs a thorough cleaning, as the sun showed up old cobwebs hanging on the porch rails and dirty screen and windows which interfered with the lake view. The bed was clean and comfortable as were the bathrooms. The location is within comfortable walking distance of town.

Sandpoint a nice get a way

We spent time in both Sandpoint and Coeur d Alene and they are different. If you really want to get away, Sandpoint is your place. If you want a small town feel, CD'A is it.

Great space in a good location

We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space spread over 3 floors. Right by the deep pool and the lake for easy access to water. Kitchen had everything you need to do your own cooking. Conveniently located to highway and downtown. Only negatives were the closeness of the train tracks and highway for outside noise if windows open and the upstairs bedroom you could hear the neighbours pretty clear. Also, the main living area only room for the couch. But overall quite happy with the unit.

Great Location for Festival

This unit met our needs with quick drive, even walking access, to festival at Sandpoint. It was hot and the pool was great. We had to be crafty with fans and ac to keep the unit cool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool towels were appreciated.

Great amenities

Had a great week with our family on Lake Pend Oreille. Condo had everything we needed and great access to our boat each day. Nice kept complex and clean pool. Great spot to spend a week on the lake.

Great rental

Awesome rental. Walking distance to town and Powderhound pizza. Very clean. The only issue we had is that there isn't central air and the AC unit wasn't keeping up so it was VERY hot inside.

Best condo complex in Sandpoint

We have been renting condos at Condo del Sol for several years now, but this was the first time at Lisa's property. It was excellent! Very clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and a great location as an end unit overlooking one of the pools as well as the lake. It was one of the warmest weekends of the summer so far, so the unit was toasty but not their fault. There is a portable A/C in the master which helped a bit. Otherwise a great property with comfortable beds, and a perfect location to walk or bike around town or just enjoy the lake. Thanks for a great home away from home.
