Perfect Family Mountain Escape

Communication with property owner was great, check-in/out instructions were sent in advance and process was easy and seamless! Beautiful home, great space for families (just 4 of us, including adult children). Every room was well-stocked, from kitchen essentials to linens, etc. We stayed during our summer trip but the location would be perfect for winter/ski trip as well! We’ve already booked our return visit for next summer!

Schweitzer family vacation

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home located in the mountains of Schweitzer Resort. Home was immaculately clean and well maintained. Communication with the homeowner was superb. We very much appreciated her quick response to any messages. Beds were very comfortable and location was within walking distance to the village. Definitely recommend this home for future stays.

Great House in Great Location

The property was perfect for our needs for race the wolf weekend. Used the boot dryers after Saturdays race to have our gear dry by Sunday's race. Hot tub was great after the snowy and cold finish on Saturday. House was set up perfectly for our two families. Owner was great to work with.

What’s not to like?

We’ve been doing this guys trip for 20 years and this place changed what we will look for in future places. The location can’t be beat. Cross the street and you’re on the trail to the base and you can ski right to the garage door for lunch or at the end of the day. Inside had just about everything you’d need. The kitchen is well stocked. The fireplace is cozy and warm. The couches and chair were responsible for many early nights. The porch provides amazing sunset views. The hot tub was amazing to have 17 feet from the kitchen door. And they didn’t skimp on towels as there were plenty for both showering and drying off after the tub. Boot dryers by the door are always appreciated. The host was very helpful and responsive. Only thing they could’ve done better is had the storm come in 2 days earlier instead of the day we left. Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Shhhhhhhweitzer.

A great Ski in/Ski out

Beautiful place, with a great location. A quick 50 yard walk to the end of the road gets you to a little ski path that brings you directly to the base. The same path can bring you right back to the house from the slopes. Large garage to store equipment, plenty of hooks to hang coats and snowpants, and there was even boot warmers to avoid soaking wet boots.

Amazing Ski-in/Ski-out property

The house was great...well equipped and the private hot tub was enjoyed by all. The ski-in/ski-out access was great and it was so nice to stay on the mountain near all the happenings in the village.

The One Where We Had The Best Weekend Ever

I threw my bestie a "Friends" themed birthday where we attended Fall Fest as a group and we all had the best time. The condo is so beautifully decorated and is in the perfect location. We loved being able to walk back and forth from the village for breaks/meals during the festival. We also appreciated the crock pot, spices, and fully stocked kitchen, which made meal prep a breeze. The hot tub saved our muscles after walking and standing all day and the beds were so comfortable. This was just the best experience ever and the hosts are amazing. Would 10/10 recommend!

Great Family Vacation

This house worked perfect for us! We stayed w/our daughter & her family so it was 3 generations. My husband’s brother & his kids stayed at Schweitzer too in another condo. This house worked well for our group dinners. Our grandkids (2 & almost 4) loved the toys! We spent time at the village & did some hiking in the area besides going to a couple of places on the lake since it was hot while we were there. But we really appreciated Schweitzer being a bit cooler than Sandpoint!

Tired of dragging your kids equipment from the car to the lift? Book. This. House. Amazing location, just steps from the path that leads to Schweitzer Village. Well-equipped with everything you need. Plenty of space for two families and a nice hot tub to end your day.

Great ski week

Our group of 7 had a great time. Everything was as advertised. Hot tub had to be dug out because there was so much snow. But, on the plus side, there was SO MUCH SNOW. Place is a little crowded for 7 adults, but access to slopes and village more than makes up for that. Plus, owner did a great job communicating and answering questions leading up to our stay.
