"We loved our stay for two nights . We had four adults and two children. Everyone had lots of space. We had great time cooking, playing, games, and walking on the beach and hanging out on the beach. It had everything we needed well equipped. The best part was the view and the beach. There was nothing bad about the place. The only comment is on the wraparound deck. "We first stayed in Anemone House 30-ish years ago. Wonderful deck so close to waves and high enough above beach for whale and bird watching. Easy access to beach and so glad tunnel is open again to get to the beach on the north side. Kitchen has pretty much anything you would want. One suggestion is that every room does not need a TV. Especially the twin room upstairs. That TV screen covers most the window! Please take at least that one away. "

"There was a slight snag with our stay. Heather was very responsive and we are quite satisfied with her as a host. The property itself had beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Sidenote, if you’re on the tall side the ceiling is a little low. We were all under 6ft so had no problem."

"This home is unique as it is beautiful. The views are wonderful and sitting on the patio was breathtaking! Hot tub was very hot as they are supposed to be and loved it, it was a nice added bonus to the property. Oceanside is a sleepy town but plenty to do once you venture out a bit. So many points of beauty everywhere including just hanging out at Edelweiss. We also had great weather in which was another added bonus-"

"This house was perfect for us and three 12 year old girls and our two dogs. The proximity to the beach and the fenced yard were perfect for us. The only downside is the room with the bunk bed is quite a bit smaller than we perceived from the photos, but it worked fine.We would definitely rent this place again!"
