"A deceptively spacious accommodation which easily slept 9 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with the usual items and smoothly led onto the dining area and garden area. The living room and bedrooms were really tastefully decorated and again, spacious. Would I use this accommodation again? Yes, it met our needs, nicely located for a walking weekend and our host was very helpful in answering all our questions"

"We loved our stay at the farm. The ideal location for driving to lovely local towns, Whitstable etc., check-in was very smooth and we were greeted on arrival. "The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

"We had a group of 12 friends stay for a birthday and had an incredible weekend! The place was perfectly equipped for all of us and the kitchen/dining are was set up perfectly for everything we needed. We had wonderful weather so we were able to enjoy meals outdoors on the table and use the BBQ. It was also just a few minutes to the beach which we spent lots of time at! Would strongly reccomend booking this place for a weekend (or weeklong) getaway!"

"We arrived with three Dachshunds. Apart from being very impressed with the accommodation, we checked the security of the garden which I would have to say was faultless, even our smallest at 5kg could not find her way out to escape, which was very reassuring. "We had booked a boat on the Thames for my 50th birthday for bank holiday weekend.. two days before we were due to leave it was cancelled due to the rivers being on red alert. "The hotel was good. I had a sea facing room. The room was spacious but the mirror light was not functioning. We couldn't keep the window open and it was so hard to open. We wanted to open the window and turn the AC off as this was right above the bed. The room was too warm with the AC off and blows too cold even on the low setting when it was on, so we would have liked to just open the window but this was too difficult to open and aslo impossible to keep open"
