Milk, scones, homemade jam and cream on arrival, felt very spoilt. Outside seating area perfect for listening to the birds. Fixtures and fittings in the barn excellent quality. Thoroughly recommend for a Somerset adventure and trips to West Bay and Lyme Regis."

"Had a four day break with parents, the cottage was spotless on arrival and well equipped. The wifi was occasionally sporadic but to be expected in a rural area. We slept well with no passing traffic and even with four adults there was ample hot water.Lots of seating and although weather was poor the outside seating area was great . Small downside was the property can be rented alongside next door(semi detached) , there is a locked interconnecting door but the noise can carry through a little ."

Great communication giving us detsed directions as the property is down a hidden path but as we were prewarned it was easily found. Lots of lovely touches including dressing gowns in the wardrobes. "Spent the weekend here with friends for my birthday. Really lovely place, large and spacious...looks better than it did in the pictures. We loved the large kitchen and conservatory. It had all the amenities one would need. The property managers were very responsive via email and text. Our only let down was that the hot tub had broken down."
