"Location was fantastic, room was clean but could do with modernising as it was a bit dated. Staff were very good. Value for money probably not but once it's been shown a bit of love and attention it would be well worth it."

"We did enjoy our stay at Harbour Heights, although parts of the hotel feel a little tired and in need of some updating. Unfortunately, some members of staff could also benefit from further customer service training, as at times we felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests. "Fue un poco diferente a lo esperado, la habitación era minuscula, desde ventana solo veiamos el tejado del bar y teniamos la salida de humos delante. Habia arañas por todas partes, la cama se inclinava hacia el cabezero. Tuvimos que dormir en los pies. De los pies de la cama a la paret habia 10 cm. Con mucha humedad. Es un lugar para nada recomendable. El almuerzo era acceptable. "

"Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. This is our second time staying and it definitely won’t be...
