Cozy villa located 200 meters from the beautiful beach of San Vito Lo Capo (TP). Air-conditioned rooms with independent heat pumps; fully equipped kitchen (pots, dishes, microwave, kettle, coffee maker); dining room with a table and 4 chairs. Available free of charge upon request: crib, high chair for small children, fold-out bed. The small garden is an oasis, furnished with a sitting area and a table with dining chairs. The villa is located in the town center but in a very quiet area. Private parking space in the basement below. Nearby you’ll find restaurants, pizzerias, grocery stores, shops, bars, pubs, snorkeling, boat rentals, scuba diving, organized excursions, hiking, etc.
Things to see: Zingaro Nature Reserve and Monte Cofano, the Egadi Islands, Trapani, Segesta, Monreale, Palermo. We require cash payment upon arrival for the requested linens (€20 per person per week) and the tourist tax of €2 per person per night.
