Holiday home between two Nature Reserves

The house is located in the urban fabric of Castelluzzo, a pretty district of San Vito lo Capo set in a splendid landscape and environmental setting. A few hundred meters from the house begins the area with a high environmental vocation that can only be traveled on foot, by bike, on horseback or simply by train.
The house is on two levels, outside it has a large covered wooden veranda with a tiled roof, shielded by greenery and a grill. The built-in kitchen, carefully made by skilled local wood and stone craftsmen, has some references with local majolica. The two bedrooms, one double and one twin, placed together with the bathroom on the upper floor, allow you to comfortably accommodate a family or two couples.
The living area has a living / dining room and the kitchen which gives access to the veranda area. The large bathroom on the ground floor adds extra comfort not always obtainable in other holiday homes.
