The 65 m² property features a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined if needed, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 7 guests. Additional amenities include 2 TVs, air conditioning in every room, and a washing machine. Please note: Wi-Fi, towels, and bed linens are not provided. The holiday home offers a private outdoor area with a garden, a covered veranda, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.



The house is in a very quiet area, just a short distance from the sea and close to main services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and churches. Public transportation is also within walking distance.



The property includes a private parking space and free street parking. Families with children are welcome. A single bed for a seventh guest can be provided on request. One small pet is allowed. Smoking and parties or events are not permitted.
