Coccinella is a 35 m² apartment located in the heart of San Teodoro, just steps from shops, restaurants, and all local services. It's the ideal base for exploring Gallura and its beaches while enjoying the convenience of a well-connected location.



The apartment is on the ground floor and features two connecting bedrooms—one double and one single—a bathroom with shower, and a private kitchen equipped with a gas stove. The fenced private garden of about 60 m² offers an exclusive outdoor area with a terrace, perfect for relaxing evenings.



Air conditioning ensures comfort on the hottest days. WiFi with included data is available. Cable TV is also provided.



Mosquito screens are fitted on the shutters of doors and windows, as is common in Sardinian homes during summer. As in many areas of Sardinia, we recommend using mineral water for drinking; tap water is suitable for personal hygiene and cooking.



Parking is available nearby on the public street, and public transport is within walking distance.



Electricity consumption is at the guest's expense and is mandatory. The amount is specified in the booking conditions and must be paid at check-in.
