Location

Un séjour très agréable. La maison est spacieuse avec un beau jardin. La gestion des poubelles est un peu floue.et contraignante lors du départ. Il faudrait rajouter une bouilloire La propriétaire est très réactive et charmante. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Lovely

Lovely vacation in a big house with all you need. Stefania is always around and gives you tips for the best beaches, excursions and restaurants/grocery etc., Great location with a lot to explore around and still only 25 min from the airport.

Very nice hostess and sweet house

We were very happy with our stay in this simple but very cozy and spacious house, close to the best beaches of Sardegna. It was perfect for 2 families. The contact with Stefania was excellent and very helpful always. Grazie! :-)

Extended family vacation

This was the perfect location for our extended family vacation with small children. The house was spacious and allowed each family to have personal space while also providing multiple common areas. The two terraces were wonderful for enjoying morning and afternoon shade and meals outside, and were gated off so our children were able to play. The location is perfect for visiting beaches and within driving distance to the mountains. We were here in August during the busiest season and Stefania gave us directions to a nearby more private beach which was wonderful! Stefania and her family live close by and were always readily available to answer our questions, give recommendations and were wonderful to chat with. The house was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental and we would not hesitate to come back!

Nous avons apprécié les conseils et la gentillesse de Stefania. La maison est spacieuse et a possède le charme de l’ancien. Très bien située pour l’accès aux plages.La route qui longe la côte est toute proche et le bruit des voitures peut toutefois être gênant.

Sehr erholsamer und schöner Urlaub

Ich war mit einer Freundin und unseren 5 Kindern im Alter von 4 - 10 im Juni 2022 für eine Woche dort. Die Kommunikation - auch schon im Vorfeld - mit der sehr netten Besitzerin klappte super per Chat, sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar bei sämtlichen Fragen und Wünschen und kümmerte sich stets zuverlässig um unser Wohl. Im riesigen, kühlen Steinhaus, das übrigens sehr liebevoll und wohnlich, eingerichtet ist (auch mit Spielsachen für Kinder) mit den beiden Terrassen vorne und hinten konnten wir uns sehr gut erholen, jeder von uns konnte stets einen Rückzugsraum finden. Auch an dem Trampolin hinter dem Garten hatten unsere Kinder Freude. Tolle Sandstrände sind mit dem Auto prima erreichbar in maximal 10 Minuten. Eine Tante-Emma-Laden ist auch mit dem Auto nur paar Minuten entfernt. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Alles Gute!

La casa è grande, comoda e rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione e le foto del sito. Proprietari molto gentili, presenti nella casa vicina e quindi sempre disponibili per eventuali richieste. Consigliatissima.

Very good house, excellent host and excellent location for Sardinia vaccations

The house is located only 25 Minutes from the Olbia Airport and can be found easy. It is a small collection of some houses, but very close to other villages and towns. It is the perfect location to explore Sardinia, especially the many grogeous beaches nearby, some can be reached by car within 2 Minutes. There are at least 5-7 awesome beaches nearby. It is also a great place for visiting the inner parts of Sardinia, especially the amazing mountains nearby and around the city of Tempio Pausana. Even Castelsardo up North and the Costa Smeralda regionis easy to reach by car within 1,5 - 2 h. The smaller and bigger towns around Lutturai, where the house is located, are offering excellent restaurants, pizzeria, butchery with their own small restaurant, where you can have really good grilled meat, many good icecream places, nice Cafés in towns and near the beaches, good seafood everywhere and of course drinks and entertainment. In Autumn the region is not very crowded and the weather is still excellent and the sea warm enough to swim. For thoose who are interested in Coltello Sarda (traditional sardinian Knifes), you can get them at many places, but the best place we found with a wide range of knifes all original handfcrafted in Sardinia (certification inclueded) are in San Teodoro with good prices from medium to high quality. The house itself is as wonderfull as the pictures show, the garden is ncie with a trampoline, toys for the kids (also for the beach), relax chairs, hammock, a wonderfull tree with the BBQ place and a lot of space for families. The house is clean and you have everything you need, one feels very quickly at home in the cosy atmosphere. The Garden has the sun in the morning, so good chance to have breakfast there and the front terrasse is a wonderfull place to have drinks and chats in the evening under the big palm tree and the stars. The kitchen was okay, you have everything you need, there could be a medium sized pan and a water cooker, but overall there is all you need. Stefania is a very nice host, you can reach her at any time (best per whatsapp) and she takes care of everything you need. We felt at home for two weeks and highly recommend this house., for families or friend groups.

Séjour sardaigne San teodoro

Bonjour La maison de stephania est idéalement placée pour visiter en priorité la côte esmeralda et ses environs. Nous étions 2 familles de 8 avec 4 enfants plus un couple. La maison est parfaite pour 10 . Il manque juste un lave vaisselle pour rendre plus économique le lavage ....mais le côté manuel rappelle les souvenirs d enfance ! Merci à stephania pour ses bon plans car malgré le monde nous avons pu profitez des plages .

..semplicemente PERFETTA!

Eravamo in 11 (12 se contiamo la nostra bassotta CLEO) e siamo stati magnificamente. Festeggiavamo i 70 anni di nostro padre e, con "chiassose" famiglie al seguito, non potevamo capitare meglio. La casa è molto funzionale offre ampi spazi interni ed esterni: camere arredate con gusto con grandi quadri appesi alle pareti e un bel giardino con un grande albero dove abbiamo trascorso serate indimenticabili. Lo stile non è moderno ma questo non è necessariamente un male.. anzi l'arredo rurale la rende autentica! Molto apprezzati il barbecue e il saltarello per i bambini così come la veranda/terrazzo sull'altro lato della casa sfruttata per le nostre colazioni. La posizione della casa è ottima e le belle spiagge sono realmente a 5 minuti di auto. I preziosi consigli di Stefania sui ristoranti nelle vicinanze, se possibile, hanno allietato ancor più il nostro soggiorno. Che dire non potevamo essere più fortunati. Ci piacerebbe tornare ..magari in periodi di bassa stagione!

Wunderbares Haus für Familien mit Kindern

Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Zwei Terrassen sind sehr schön gelegen mit tollem Ausblick auf das Umland. Die Strände in der Nähe sind sehr schön und gut zu erreichen. Stefania war immer per Telefon zu erreichen und hat uns sehr geholfen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Beautiful beaches-we loved it

Amazing beaches and hardly anyone on them! Although deserted in Easter weather still very warm in day, sea too cold for me but kids went in and leapt into sea from rocks, they had a great time exploring and skimming stones! I loved the quiet beaches, easy parking and cooler evenings (as I always get bitten by bugs!) We were surprised at how many towns completely shut up until the holiday season and made mistake of visiting Burgos castle one day which was shut and not one shop or cafe was open so be more prepared than us! Capo Testa worth the long drive for us-boys loved scrambling over the amazing rock formations. House is lovely and Stefania always ready to offer suggestions. I wish I had taken warmer clothes for evening, I took some warm clothes but was still too cold so just wore lots of layers! (There are heaters in the house). I would love to return (having learnt some Italian so I could speak more to the very lovely friendly local community.)

de superbe vacance

stefania a été une Hôte presente et pleins de bon conseils. elle fait l effort de parler français et se débrouille bien ! sa maison et très propre et très agréable deux terrasses qui permettent de toujours profiter du soleil. la maison a un emplacement idéale a côté de toutes les plus belles plages et de petits villages. vous pouvez y aller sans douter !

Fantastic holiday in beautiful Sardinia with spectacular views and close proximity to many beaches

We visited Sardinia in February to take advantage of the cheaper flights and initially booked a property in Lutturai but the owners, Stefania and Marco, kindly offered us their other property C5 in Capo Coda Cavallo which worked out perfectly. Despite being compact in size this property had space for all 8 of us with two bathrooms, good kitchen facilities, and plenty of hot water and heating. There was a great view of the sea from the property, which overlooks Isola Molara and Isola Tavolara, with good facilities of tennis and football courts for our children available nearby. Stefania and Marco were both wonderfully helpful and generous giving good advice for exploring Sardinia and visiting local beaches. They also kindly allowed us to use their kayak which the children went out with each day and, at other times of the year, they can arrange boat trips locally. We completely fell in love with the region and especially the beaches of Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu and Punta Est, all just a short drive away. We even saw flamingoes at Spaggia La Cinta which was a highlight of our holiday! We’ll surely be back soon....

A perfect family getaway especially this time of year avoiding over crowded beaches and roads x

The house was in a really unspoilt location within minutes of some of the best beaches, towns and access to the whole of the North of the island . The holiday home was full of rustic charm and comfort for the whole family .. Stephanio was always on hand by phone to make sure we were all ok and sorted out WiFi connection within hours, made sure we knew where to go and sending us maps for a bike ride or walk x SAn Teodoro remained open whereas many smaller areas were closed down for end of season, some lovely ice cream shops, restaurants and cafes. All this coast ie extremely beautiful and was complete with a boat trip to the maddelena archipelago islands ! Thankyou for a memorable holiday x

SE SEI IN CERCA DI RELAX

Se sei in cerca di relax è la casa giusta , vicina a fantastiche spiagge ma lontana dal caos dei paesi costieri più rinomati. La grande metratura e le due terrazze coperte con esposizione al sole ed al vento diverse consentono di godere di un soggiorno veramente gradevole. La connessione wifi efficiente consente anche se necessario, come è stato nel nostro caso, di mantenere agevolmente i contatti con il lavoro. Il tocco finale che fa da cappello su tutto è la disponibilità e gentilezza di Stefania che si sempre interessata dell'andamento della vacanza portando utili consigli ed adoperandosi per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Noi eravamo in due famiglie per un numero complessivo di 8 persone e siamo stati decisamente bene. Una buona vacanza

Très bon séjour à Luturai

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette maison assez spacieuse, agréable à vivre. 2 terrasses (1 à l'est et l'autre à l'ouest) qui permettent d'être toujours à l'ombre matin ou soir. Le midi, l'arbre centenaire du jardin permet de déjeuner à l'ombre dans le jardin dans d'excellentes conditions. La maison comprend de nombreux jeux et jouets pour enfants et articles de plages (parasol). La maison est située sur un léger promontoire, ce qui permet d'avoir toujours un peu d'air, bien apprécié lorsqu'il fait chaud. A noter, qu'il faut prendre la voiture pour tout déplacement car aucun commerce dans ce hameau. La boulangerie et le petit supermarché le plus proche sont à 1 km à Monte Petrosu. Personnellement, ce point était un avantage car nous étions à l'écart de la foule des villes balnéaires et étions au calme malgré la proximité de la route. De nombreuses plages magnifiques sont accessibles à quelques kilomètres. Stefania est très accueillante, toujours disponible, elle nous permis de louer un bateau pour voir la Tavolara. A faire absolument!!! Le linge est changé chaque semaine. Nous étions 8 (4 adultes et 4 enfants) et chacun trouvait son espace pour lire, jouer, se poser au calme. Petite suggestion pour améliorer le confort des hôtes : un lave vaisselle serait apprécié pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. merci encore pour ces superbes vacances dans un cadre authentique.

für die Ausstattung zu teuer

Das Haus an sich ist ok. Die Ausstattung ( z.B. Gartenmöbel, Fliegenfenster ) ist sehr mager, das Haus liegt oberhalb der SS125 mit entsprechenden Verkehrslärm. Dafür der Mietpreis zu hoch. Ein Auto ist absolut erforderlich, weil alles sonst zu weit entfernt ist. Die schönen Strände haben auch sehr teure Parkmöglichkeiten. Brandinschi und Lu Impostu kosten 2 Euro stündlich. Stefania ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Perfect venue for a family getaway

Stefania and Marco are terrific hosts. Stefania was very prompt and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable including offering us a crib for our baby to sleep safely. The house is very spacious and comfortably fits a larger family or group of friends. A huge front yard for kids to play and large dining table to the side. The back yard is smaller but the views are beautiful and it also has a dining table and playing area. I didn't realize there were no fans in homes in Olbia but the weather in June is very pleasant (the nights getting pretty cold) so the windows were kept open constantly. Note: carry mosquito repellent! A car is a must to get around because supply stores are a bit away but close enough. That said, there's a bus stop right outside the property. The beaches were absolutely unreal. We were there for just 4 days so the closest beaches to the property that we visited were Bandinchi, La Cinta, and Impostu. The San Teodoro shopping and eating area is about 20 minutes away by car and we spent a lovely evening walking around. We had a wonderful stay in Sardegna, thanks to Stefania and Marco.

Très beau logement authentique à proximité de superbes plages

Accueil très sympathique de Stefania, qui a été disponible du premier contact jusqu'au dernier jour répondant à toutes nos questions et donnant de très bons conseils sur les plages et les activités a proximité. Nous avons trouvé la maison dans etat impeccable de propreté avec tous les amenagements et ustensiles nécessaires. La terrasse et le jardin offrent de l'ombre à tout moment de la journée et la maison reste fraîche même lors des chaudes journées. Bien située à l'ecart de la foule des touristes dans un environnement champêtre et en même temps proche de la mer, des plages et des villages de San Teodoro et Porto San Paolo. Un excellent sejour entre amis sur une ile superbe A recommander sans modération
