The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, spices and dish ware. Beds were comfortable with tasteful decor. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and easily walkable. Grocery store and restaurants within a few miles. The pool was heated per our request with pool toys. Landscaping was nice. Tim was readily available to answer questions. We had a blast

The property was perfect in every way. Tim and Joann have set this place up for the perfect staycation. The house was clean, well stocked with everything needed and more. The pool is beautiful, the furniture is comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. I highly recommend this home and the hosts. Can't say enough!

Casa Derrelle was very clean and met all of our needs for our month stay. The owners and property manager were great to work with and gave us recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. This house is in a nice & safe neighborhood. This is a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We were down from IL participating in a baseball tournament in Mesa. The home was conveniently located 20 minutes from the ballpark complex. The house accommodated all 8 of us very well. The house was clean. The property owners were very good at communicating before and during our stay to make sure our needs were being met. Overall the place was as described, the pool area was gorgeous and if we get back to the area, we would stay here again.

What an outstanding experience! Right from the day I booked the property, which was a year in advance, the owners were responsive to every question I had and were an absolute Joy to deal with! The home was absolutely gorgeous and our vacation was a wonderful experience because of it. I do not have one ounce of criticism, nor do I have any suggestions for improvement!

This house was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. Tim even had the baby stuff pulled out so we didn’t need to bring a playpen, high chair etc. we had a couple issues the first couple days with pool heat and had to have some back and forth with Tim as he figured it out. It was an issue with technology and Tim handled the situation amazingly. Only mentioning this small issue so that you know how much the home owner cares about the stay of his customers. You’re in good hands renting here. My daughter swam every day that she could. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you could need. There are condiments left in the fridge and cupboard so you don’t have to buy every little thing. Our stay was great. The area is very close to grocery stores and shopping.

This house is phenomenal. Tim and Joanne have thought of every need. The house was very clean and the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. Lots of space to spread out if you have multiple family members staying together in the home. Coffee in the sunny living room in the mornings, relaxation by the pool during the day and gorgeous sunsets in the evening made for a great vacation. The backyard landscaping and pool are just beautiful. This is a wonderful place to stay. We hope to come back.

This home is perfect in every way. The owners and property manager were so responsive to every question we had before and during our stay. This house is impeccably clean and well appointed. The backyard is a perfect vacation paradise. Our family group of seven people were so comfortable with this home from the moment we arrived. I wouldn't change a thing! Our family gathered here for our son's wedding over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was perfect for our needs and was equipped with most anything you could want. It even had a large roasting pan to cook our Thanksgiving turkey. Our children loved being able to relax by the heated pool, even in November. Ample outdoor seating was great for a post wedding brunch for the newlyweds and family.

The home is beautifully decorated and very relaxing. It is well cared for and has all the essentials. We all enjoyed our stay. The check in process requires multiple steps and some extra time in comparison to other rentals but the owners have a lot of pride in their home.

The backyard pool area is beautiful & so relaxing and the house had plenty of space for our large family. This VRBO home is very well stocked & extremely organized. A bonus was our favorite hike at San Tan Mountain was only 10 minutes away! We would stay here again!

It was a beautiful spacious and comfortable home. The south facing yard with pool allowed sun shine most of the day was great being out in the pool and sunshine. The home was very well appointed, had most things anyone would need. The location was a short drive to grocery store or coffee shop. We greatly enjoyed our relaxing sun filled time there.

It was an amazing week staying at the Casa Derrelle property! Our family has stayed at many VRBOs in the Phoenix area and we couldn’t have picked a better home this year! It was so well thought out, every detail! From the multiple spots to place an umbrella at the pool to the many supplies of shampoo, lotion, etc. It felt like a resort. We were even greeted with welcome flowers, such a wonderful touch to walk in and see. The home was stocked with many cooking utensils, audio/video entertainment, pool toys and supplies for laundry, etc. Definitely check in and see everything the house has to offer before going shopping, your meal ideas may change after seeing the kitchen and outdoor grill! The local property manager was also very responsive when we first arrived and had questions about the pool heat, etc. Thank goodness we reserved the optional pool heat, it was a chilly start to the week in March, for AZ anyways. There was a nice small neighborhood park to walk to for the littler kids. For a little longer walk, you could arrive at Starbucks or Fry’s, the local grocery store. The Olive Mill was a very short drive for a wonderful outdoor experience. Our absolute favorite restaurant San Tan Flats was also only minutes away. If you’re not familiar with the area, that’s ok because Casa Derrelle even had flyers for all of the local area attractions in addition to a book with all sort of ideas AND directions! They didn’t miss a beat :-) Our entire family was so impressed with the property and the overall renting experience, we can’t wait to return maybe even for a longer stay!

Overall the house is great. We were a party of 6 adults and 1 infant. Visiting for a family reunion. The house was clean, has lots of common space area. Everyone was comfortable. Lots of house comforts were provided. Great location, private. We will be renting again.

We were very happy about every aspect of our stay at Casa Derrelle. The house was very well appointed with comfortable furniture, all the dishes/glassware that we needed, and a spice cabinet that helped our meals be tasty. The beds were comfy, and everything was exactly as described. The house is spacious, but warm. The pool was perfect. We need to watch our sun exposure, and in October, the pool is partially shaded by the palm trees during the mid-late afternoon. There are plenty of chairs, tables and loungers for everyone to comfortably relax! If this house is available when we come back next year, we will be back!
