Spacious and bright

Great House and Location

When arriving at the Breen Real Estate office, the checking process was super easy and the staff extremely helpful. They made sure we were aware of how to contact them should we need anything and let us know about the area. The house was great. Nice, clean, great view from the multiple decks. All as advertised. Plenty of room and multiple areas to hang out. Kitchen was very nice and had all that we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Looking forward to staying there again.

A great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute rental. It had everything we needed and was close to both sides of town. The master suite is especially nice.

House, Location, Conveniences

This is a great house if you want to be very close to Main Street. We enjoyed that aspect -- a minute to Moonstone Beach, a couple minutes to the north bluff trail at Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. If you want to be on the ocean this is not the place as it is above town a couple of blocks. I thought the home coffee set up could be a little better, maybe a french press; and some condiments like sugar could have been useful. Finally they have a wonderful refrigerator but no ice maker. My brother and I enjoyed our stay very much.

A Great House

The house was clean, well decorated and efficiently appointed with a convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. There was a small view of the ocean which was a five minute drive away. I hope to return.

House was comfortable with separate bedrooms to accommodate everyone.

Kitchen could have had a more varied selection of dinnerware ( some smaller glasses and stemware) Linen supplies n kitchen were just adequate. Dishwasher soap was inadequate. Some areas in kitchen needed more cleaning( corner lazy Susan cabinet) Bedrooms/bathrooms were well supplied and comfortable. Living spaces also comfortable and enjoyable.

Great Stay in Cambria

Hartford House is really nice, particularly the guest house for the young adults. The kitchen is well appointed and the furniture is comfortable. The ping pong table was a treat as were the views from the balconies. It was simple to pop down to the Village and explore all the shops and eateries. We, and our dog had a great time!

Great space for family vacation with beautiful views

We chose this house so that our extended family could have space to spread out and be together. There were beautiful views of the sunset toward the ocean and birds landing in the tops of trees. It was also in a perfect location to explore the surrounding area. On walks In the neighborhood we found deer, turkeys and foxes. We would return.

Cambria Long Weekend Rental

Great location on the hills, house was bright in a very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Main Street, made it very convenient. House has a lot of stairs, so may not be suitable for the elderly or families with small children. Garage door is standard height for sedans & SUVs, but too low for tall vans. Plenty of parking on the car port in front of house. Property Management top notch in customer service, providing updates on billing, house availability & check in. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back.

Everyone was very happy with the home

We were all 100% satisfied with the home. Nothing is ever completely perfect, so there were a couple of notables that could be improved. The coffee maker needs to be replaced - doesn't really work unless you don't mind waiting 4 - 6 hours for a cup of coffee - we substituted hot water via the provided tea kettle pour over and that worked just fine. The guest room accessed through the garage would be better with at least one queen in the room instead of the two twins. Other than that - lots of laughter, super comfortable, kitchen is awesome, and lastly our "ping pong" competition was a big highlight for us.
