Location, above the waves, quiet. We were busy exploring the area, but the best part of the day was sipping a glass of wine, watching a lone surfer, surrounded by birds diving for fish. So comfortable and clean. Only complaint is the lock on the dumpster needs oiling or replacement.We will be back next year.

Everything was wonderful! The location… the close access out your door to the beach … the weather and temperatures!! Only drawback was one bedroom… the bed frame appeared to be broken… so bed was off/leaning !We had a great family time there and the surrounding towns with the wineries!!

Fantastic property, great location

What a beautiful stay right on the ocean with a private staircase down to the beach. Well maintained property. We can’t wait to come back. Be advised you’ll need to stop in Cambria on the way in to sign a contract before you can get the door code. No idea why this is necessary given the contract through Vrbo, but it isn’t too much out of the way, unless you’ve been driving all day and paperwork isn’t high on your todo list.

One of the only things missing was the sun.

This unit is accurately described, and comfortable stay in for two for a weekend. The living room is set up a bit awkward with a couch along the wall facing the TV, then a table, and then two recliner lounges, also facing the TV. (not a comfortable arrangement, for us, anyway). Also, it would be nice if some of the windows opened in the living area. All in all, it was amazing to be right on the beach and we got to enjoy one beautiful sunset!

Lovely beachfront location

We’ve visited San Simeon many times. This was our first beachfront rental. The view was spectacular and we could hear waves at night. The condo was very clean and had everything necessary for a good stay. We worked each morning and found the internet fast. Loved the main floor walkout to watch the sunset. There is a Mexican restaurant and a few diners a short walk away. Cambria has plenty of dining and grocery shops. The best beach for families is San Simeon State Park which is calm. We hope to visit again in a month.

Ocean fun

We come to the coast once a year to enjoy the ocean and surrounding areas. We loved the Lighthouse and Hearst Castle. We also enjoyed wineries along the way.

Location was perfect. The ocean is right outside the patio door. House was spotless, beds we’re comfortable and location was so quiet. All we ever heard was the sounds of the waves. Highly recommend

If Only We Could Stay Longer.

Beach front property and more! This property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Some of the pictures on line do not show the newly painted interior. The hallway is no longer orange.

Nice to get away

The condo was very nice and the views of the water from anywhere in the living room are exceptional. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, etc. There is no beach, per se, but one can sit out on the back patio and look at the water. There are plenty of other beach areas close by to visit. This unit is also well situated to visit the sites of the area, whether it's the lighthouse, the castle, the elephant seals, or wandering Main Street Cambria. We did not have neighbors, so I can't comment on noise issues. The back patios are small and close together, so, if there are other folks in the nextdoor unit, expect to share that space. We would definitely come back if we are in the area.

Excellent beach front view. Clean and well supplied. Carport. Very quiet. Wish the master bedroom was closer to the ocean side so we could hear the waves louder at night. Otherwise, a very nice location. We would stay again.
