The house was very clean and went beyond my expectations. There was plenty of extra linens, pillows etc. The beds were very comfortable.The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils plates, pots pans, etc. The back burners on the stove were not working though. The Tv's were very nice and had a number of streaming services. Short walk to the beach. The bathrooms were very clean and roomy. They had regular soap but no shampoo or conditioner. We had our mother with us who is 85 and thought the toilets were bit low for her.

Just finished a wonderful three day stay at this house. We had a three generational group of seven and this was the perfect place. Clean, spacious, modern, so close to the boardwalk, and with staff that were friendly, helpful and informative. Definitely will stay here again if we come down to Cambria

The property was wonderful. It was so close to the beach. We all enjoyed being able to walk along the boardwalk. The house was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely try to rent it again next year.

Steps to the Ocean!

The place was perfect for 6 girls celebrating my 30th birthday. We loved spending time on the porch and walking to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner for two of the nights. The only downside was the check-in process, we had trouble trying to meet up with the property management but they were nice enough to give us two bottles of wine. Place is stunning!

The property is a perfect location with plenty of space for the entire family. We toured the Piedras Blancas Lighthouse and visited the Cambria Christmas Market. Both were spectacular and enjoyed by all. Thank you for contributing to a great getaway.

Fabulous Property and Location

The property met every expectation (one exception - only one hair dryer). The property itself was just close enough to perfect and the location was spectacular. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

Beach House

We spent a fabulous Christmas in this home. Three houses to the boardwalk on Moonstone Beach. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Easy to cook Christmas turkey dinner. Went to the Cambria Christmas Market and Hearst Twilight Holiday Tour. Comfy beds, fireplace and nice bathrooms. We will do this again!

Beautiful stay in Cambria!

The house was in beautiful shape. It had all the comforts of home. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, a wonderful front porch and walkable to the ocean. A bit of a walk to downtown, but still doable, partially along a boardwalk. Four minute car ride to a state park just south of where we were that had beautiful trails along the bluff overlooking the ocean with its crashing waves. I hope we can come back and stay again soon!

Wonderful house very close to Moonstone Beach!

We loved staying in this vacation home. The house is big and bright with a lot of natural light. The furniture was very comfortable and definitely seemed like a step up from most rental houses. The kitchen was well-stocked (prepared several meals there) and there's a wonderful deep front porch with views of the ocean. We have older teenagers, but one of the rooms is set up nicely for younger kids with bunk beds and stuffed animals, and my oldest teen was not too cool to snuggle with them! The house was so comfortable and even the neighbors that we saw were friendly. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Perfect spot

3 old old girlfiends. Perfect size for us. Lovely communication each time with the management company. Warm, cozy. Great location. Watched the sunset each night. Nice amenities (blankets, towels etc) Only one thing, the blender was inadequate. Maybe too old? Enough kitchen equipment for us. Loved that there was a kitchen table, and a dining table. We can't wait to come back... Also loved the village. Had two great meals there and did some interesting shopping. Thank you.

Chatham Beach House

Very clean with three comfortable bedrooms. There were four of us (older women) and we were very happy with this rental. Two clean bathrooms and very comfortable seating in the living room. Easy walk to the beach! We would stay here again.

Chatham Beach House

This was a perfect place for us to stay. Two adults enjoyed the well equipped house. Great location with easy access to the beach. The house was spotless. We had a misunderstanding regarding the length of our stay. With the help of the property manager and the property owner, we were very happy with the outcome. Thank you to both. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Beautiful home near the beach!

Short walk to the beach and partial ocean view from the porch. Quiet neighborhood with lovely landscape, lots of hummingbirds and even a deer walking through. Close to several dining choices. We would definitely stay again.
