Casa muy bonita, muy bien equipada y en un lugar excepcional.

Es una estupenda casa, con un excelente anfitrión, en un lugar magnífico para gozar San Sebastián. A dos pasos de la playa, del Kursaal y de la parte antigua. Llena de bares y restaurantes excelentes alrededor, buenos supermercados y hasta uno ecológico a la vuelta de la esquina. Muchas gracias a Joseba por su amabilidad: nos envió un listado de buenos lugares para comer, nos permitió salir más tarde.... en fin, repetiríamos seguro en esta casa y la aconsejamos vivamente.

Our stay in San Sebastián was outstanding, the apartment was very modern, clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. Playground across the street on a beautiful square, tons of bars and restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries, all of great quality. And the beach three blocks away! I can’t wait to get back, and hopefully to this same unit. The hosts were great and very helpful, there is nothing negative I can say. The unit is on a second floor (no elevator), very easy stairs. There is one shower but two toilets and laundry. We were 4 and there were no issues with privacy or confort. The kitchen is very well equipped. One word: perfect!

Great location! Easy to use the Divi bikes right outside. Also near Sixt car rental. The apartment is large and clean with the 2 bedrooms and washer- perfect for 5 nights. We would definitely stay again. Having the park across the street and beach so close would be great for a family.

Our stay in San Sebastián was truly magnificent.The apartment is perfectly located in the Gros neighborhood—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything else we needed.The space is bright, clean, modern, and fully equipped with all necessary appliances and amenities.Joseba was a fantastic host—check-in was smooth, and he provided excellent tips for parking and local dining.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to future guests.

Best sleep and eats in our 3 week trip!

I can’t say enough about Joseba and his wife and their lovely apartment! There was so much amazing food within one block, a store and health food store on the same block. The beach was two blocks away and we did several day trips from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and newly updated in a chic style. The air worked very well and for being in a city the apartment was so quiet at night that we had the best sleep of all 3 places we stayed. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable as well. There was so much to do our two teenagers were happy going to the beach, shopping around or trying pinxtos. Old town is so close we walked there several times. Joseba was quick to reply. He gave many good suggestions and helped me to find a long term parking that we could reserve although if you don’t plan on leaving the city skip the car. My daughter and I enjoyed going out for a sweet roll and coffee every morning at the many places within a few blocks.

Absolutely perfect

Amazing spacious place located two blocks from the beach, steps from bars, restaurants, shopping. Extremely clean and well stocked with cookware, beach toys and umbrellas, a washing machine, comfortable beds, modern design and a great vibe. We loved every minute of our stay and did not want to leave. Thank you, Joseba, for the wonderful food recommendations and for taking such great care of your guests.

Amazing location and apartment

The Gros neighborhood is a great location. Walkable to the old town for a fun night out, but quiet for getting some rest with our five year old. The apartment is two blocks from the beach, and there were beach toys, blankets and umbrellas in the apartment to use on the beach. Very helpful with a kiddo. Joseba is an incredibly kind and wonderful host. He gave us a great list of places to check out with kids, and also some of his favorite neighborhood places for pintxos. There is a playground right next door, and we were able to easily do laundry in the apartment. We had a great stay and hope to be back soon

Perfect place

We passed some days in San Sebastián. The apartment has all what is needed, it was clean ans everything worked well. The location is perfect, few meters from the beach, shops, bars, restaurants. It was not noisy, we slept very good. The owner is very nice, he gave us a lot of advice on places to eat and to go.

No need to look any further, this is the best spot!

We loved this perfect little spot! We were two adults and two 12 year olds and this was a perfect fit. Joseba was the best host and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. We took the bus in from Bilbao and it was only a ten min walk from the bus station. Perfectly located to walk everywhere. Also a plus, we found Es cafe on our block which had the most amazing breakfast. Highly recommend this spot!
