  • Welcome to our brand-new modern beach house in the heart of San Remo, Phillip Island! This exquisite Double-Storey haven is designed for ultimate comfort and style, offering 4 bedrooms and 2 living spaces, each fitted with 75-inch smart TVs. The gourmet kitchen with butler’s pantry, sleek countertops, and premium appliances. Step onto the balcony, with plush modern outdoor furniture, and lose yourself in the 180-degree views of Western Port Bay, Swan Bay, and the iconic Phillip Island coastline.

    Downstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms ideal for guests or family, along with the main bathroom featuring both a shower and bath for added convenience. The inviting lounge room offers a plush modern couch, a 75-inch flat-screen smart TV, and a split-system air conditioner to keep things cool and cozy. From here, step out onto the undercover alfresco dining area, complete with a Weber BBQ for those perfect outdoor meals. The surrounding garden includes a lush grassed area for play or relaxation, plus a large outdoor spa and jacuzzi nestled under a gazebo with louvre shutters for complete privacy. For practicality, there’s a modern laundry with a separate washing machine and clothes dryer, as well as a large garage with internal access for secure parking.

    Head upstairs to the main living area, where the modern kitchen with its butler’s pantry seamlessly flows into a dedicated dining space and another lounge featuring a 75-inch smart flat-screen TV. This level opens up to the fabulous balcony, where you can unwind on the stylish outdoor furniture while taking in the stunning ocean vistas. Also upstairs, enjoy the convenience of a powder room, the luxurious master bedroom with its own ensuite, and an additional bedroom for extra flexibility. Whether you’re here for a family getaway or a serene coastal escape, this beach house has everything you need for an unforgettable stay!

    The house bedding configuration is as follows:

    Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom (Upstairs): One King bed - Split system Air Conditioner.

    Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Queen bed - Split system Air Conditioner.

    Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Queen bed - Split system Air Conditioner.

    Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One Tri bunk bed (Double base & single top) & one single bunk bed (single base & single top) - Split system Air Conditioner.

    * Note: There is a porta-cot and highchair permanently stored at the property available for your use.

    Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.

    Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.

    At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc.

    Upon payment to secure your booking, you confirm that you comply with our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement which is included in your booking information.

Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

    Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.

    PETS: One pet is allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet i.e. type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.

    * Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

    * If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

    We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

    Weekend and Long weekend stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.

    The "STAYZ service fee" is STAYZ fee to the traveller. This fee is not paid to us as the hosts and is a charge made independently by the Airbnb online payment booking system directly to the traveller.

    The "Taxes" charge is the new Victorian Government 7.5% levy on short term accommodation in Victoria. This tax is collected by STAYZ and is remitted to the Victorian State Revenue office by STAYZ.

It was like walking into a new house that had just been finished and was perfectly tidy. It even smelt new. The view is beautiful. It was pet friendly and most importantly secure and family friendly for the littlies who were under four. The spa was a big hit with everyone and we were able to walk to a local restaurant and to watch the pelicans without having to get everyone in the car.

Great location to walk down into San Remo. Which we did every day we were there. Reasonable parking - tight but room for 3-4 cars between the garage and driveway. Main road is very noisy when out on the balcony but the sound is well blocked when you’re indoors. Lounge room could do with another couch given the number that can stay at the property. Down stairs bedrooms are under the living area which we found tricky with noise from upstairs. House was clean, had good kitchen set up and bathrooms were clean. Pet friendly with a small backyard. But we didn’t end up bringing our dogs as you can only bring one dog.
