A clean and updated mid-century modern property that is cozy and it's own private balcony. A wonderful heated pool that is large enough for lap swimming. Host provided all the necessities along with snacks, premium coffee, and a bottle of bubbly. Onsite EV charger was convenient, just paid the local utility rates."

"This was the perfect location for visiting our friends, walking to great restaurants and shops, and getting to public transit. The cottage was cozy and quiet, tucked back from the street, with a beautiful garden outside the windows. The bed was comfortable and the place had all the necessities for our stay. "Cozy little cabin! Stayed with my husband and two dogs for 4 weeks! I didn't realize until we arrived that the house was located near a major bike blvd/protected bike lane which made so much of Berkeley and Oakland accessible. We took advantage of all the great restaurants/cafes that were walking/biking distance away (La Note, Imm, Rose Pizzeria, and more). "The apartment was very clean and quiet. It's in a good neighborhood convenient to Balboa Park BART station, a Whole Foods, and a Safeway. At most times it was about a 15 minute Uber ride or 30+ minute BART ride from downtown San Francisco. The only thing we would have appreciated is some other way to make coffee than a Keurig machine; we made do, but a cheap French press or pour-over drip would have been nice. Thanks for the great stay."

"It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! "
