Great location! We absolutely loved our stay! The villa had the perfect mix of privacy and convenience, tucked away from the crowds yet just minutes from all the top scuba diving spots and great local restaurants a quarter mile to two miles down the road. Secret Beach was a highlight for us, and having a golf cart made exploring so easy.The property itself was beautiful and comfortable, and with a new pool on the way, it’s only going to get better. The team went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress free. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Amazing all around!!

Do not pass up this property if you are looking to stay in Belize! This was our first time in Belize and first time we took our kids overseas. From the moment we booked, we felt completely taken care of by the host, the concierge, and the entire team. They answered every question, gave helpful tips, made recommendations based off of our preferences, booked our outings. The location was beautiful and clean. The beach was kept up which was a huge perk. This made for an amazing experience for all of us We will be back! Thank you ALOM team!!!

Great December Get Away!

Thank you to the entire staff for a great stay!We enjoyed the clean facility, great hot showers, good AC, and fans. The Beach BBQ was outstanding we ended up booking it for two days. The Villa was great. Clean and well kept. Look right out the front to the ocean under the palms. Walk out the pier and enjoy the gentle ocean waves. Swim, kayak, or fish all from the front door of the villa. Passport and drivers license needed if renting a golf cart. Which is recommended for a long stay. Consider a water taxi to the villa for a short stay. Many options within walking distance and adventures available with pick up from the villa or pier. Enjoy the area it's great!!!

5 Star Experience!

Gorgeous estate and villa! Hosts, staff, and team truly care - and it shows! Hosts would do or recommend whatever they could within their power to help enhance our stay and overall experience! A truly wonderful 5 star property, team, and experience! We will be back!!! Highly recommend- one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at! Great attention to detail! Impeccably clean, grounds beautiful, private - feels like an oasis. Beds and villas well appointed. Very comfortable. Villa prestock great touch!

Beautiful getaway

We had a fantastic week. Wonderful weather, great accommodations and the staff were top notch. Very friendly and helpful. We had the fantastic experience of a chef for our evening meals. Anaruthnajarro@gmail.com cooked up a storm of Belizian food every night that was beyond belief. Evenings on the dock were magical.

Alom Villa

This is a beautiful property, inside and out. The villa is very well maintained and very clean and modern. The beach is pristine, and well taken care of by Lando. Our housekeeper, Karla, did a great job of laundry, and any cleaning as was needed. Terri took care of any questions we had immediately via text. All really top notch folks. This property is located nine miles North of the San Pedro bridge. The mode of transportation is on a golf cart, so it takes about 40 min to get to the villa from the bridge. We appreciated the convenient small grocery stores about 1/2 mile from the villa as we did make some meals since we stayed the month of February. Was nice we didn’t have to run all the way into town. You can use the pool next door at Sapphire Beach resort if you purchase food or drink, which we did and enjoyed. We also enjoyed Chat and Chill next to our villa just a five minute walk North. Super friendly Daniel will take care of you and the food is excellent. Make sure you try the fish fingers! Another place North of Chat and Chill is El Norte. The lobster nachos are to die for. We had a great month and hope to return someday!

Beautiful, new condo on the beach

We loved our visit to Ambergris Caye. Terri (host) was amazing - always responded very quickly, helpful, and knowledgeable about everything we asked. The unit was perfect for our group of 2 couples. Everything seemed brand new, nice quality furnishings, and well supplied kitchen. Terri had complimentary beer and sodas in the fridge when we arrived. The housekeeper came and cleaned every day, and communicated with us to come when we were away. Large private beach just outside the unit, with plenty of seating and hammocks. There were kayaks and paddleboards, but we did not use them. This is a duplex unit, so identical place is next door and they share the wall along the hallway. Next door is the Sapphire Resort with Gem Restaurant. We liked the Gem and ate there several times. This unit is not close to San Pedro, so other eating options are the restaurants at resorts between San Pedro and the unit. After the Gem, the next closest restaurant is about 10-15 minutes. Be aware it is an approximately 45 minute golf cart ride from San Pedro to this unit. The road is dirt (with decent sized potholes) about the last 1/3 of the drive to the unit. It is a great way to see the island, and we often enjoyed the trips, but it is not a short drive.

Amazing villa and staff

Terri and the crew were extremely helpful with planning everything from the golf cart rental to the boat day trip. She was very accommodating and had the best recommendations on places to eat and what beaches to visit. The villa was perfect for 5 of us and had an amazing view with a private dock. It was a perfect location, as it was relatively close to secret beach and tranquility beach and secluded from the busy town. I definitely recommend staying with them if you are visiting San Pedro! Thank you for everything!
