Thank you for your kind words regarding our staff and resort as a whole. I am sorry that the outside company you rented the golf cart from provided a cart with unsatisfactory suspension, especially for the unpaved roads further out of town. This is not the case for all cart companies, as there are many options. Belize, while it is still developing its infrastructure, has so much to offer that you hope you give our country another chance.

As for the condo itself, we will let the condo owner (all of the condos are individually owned) know of these issues as we are always looking to make improvements. Unfortunately it is very difficult to predict when the seagrass is coming in so we do what we can to mitigate the impact.
