This spacious, family-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo is located on the ground floor and sleeps up to 8 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, blender, cookware, and utensils. Bedrooms include a king, queen, and two twins (can convert to king), plus a sofa bed in the family room. Enjoy a large private veranda—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Our cozy, colorful slice of paradise sits right on the beach, with jaw-dropping views of the Caribbean Sea and the world-famous Belize Barrier Reef—only half a mile from shore!



Step outside and feel the warm sand between your toes. Lounge by the pool with a tropical drink while the kids splash around, or take a dip in the sea right off our private dock. The dock is also a perfect place to sip your morning coffee, spot stingrays and fish, or unwind while watching the breathtaking sunset. Planning an adventure? Local tour operators can pick you up right from the dock for snorkeling, diving, fishing, or island-hopping fun!



Inside, your beautifully decorated condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a stress-free vacation. Cook up a family meal in the newly renovated well well-stocked kitchen or enjoy a laid-back dinner on your private veranda under the stars. With comfortable bedrooms, central air, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and ceiling fans throughout, you'll feel right at home.

We’re excited to introduce a few new amenities for our upcoming guests! Each stay now includes complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and free of sulfates and parabens. The shampoo and conditioner feature a refreshing citrus scent, while the body wash has a soothing green tea & lemongrass fragrance.



For some added fun, we’ve also expanded our beach games. Our volleyball net was a big hit with guests this year, and we’ve now added spikeball so everyone can enjoy even more outdoor fun during their stay.

South Ambergris Caye is the safest and most peaceful neighborhood. Sunset Beach is just 2.5Miles south of town. It's the home of the South Ambergris Caye Neighborhood Watch. We have Marin's mini store for shopping and 4 restaurants nearby to enjoy your meals.



Each stay now includes a complimentary bag of coffee for you to enjoy during your visit. We’ve also added a selection of basic cleaning supplies for your convenience, so you can feel right at home throughout your stay.



We’ve enhanced our outdoor and recreation spaces with new volleyball nets, horseshoes, darts, hammocks, and upgraded grill tools—perfect for relaxing or enjoying time with family and friends.



For guests traveling with little ones, we’ve added thoughtful family-friendly upgrades, including a new Pack ’n Play with an upgraded mattress, protectors, and hypoallergenic sheets, plus two additional Pack ’n Plays available upon request. A modern, safe, and comfortable high chair is also available to make mealtimes easier.
