Perfect for our needs as a family of 8. We were a little disappointed about the condition of the beach with the sargasso, but that is all along the coastline and we know the property owners can't control more than they already do which is a lot. Overall we had a great time and loved having the space to spread out

Place was nice, it is a little ways out of town but there is a grocery store not to far and plenty of restaurants 5-10 mins away by golf cart. Beautiful view for sunrise and in general. The shared pool was great but we were the only ones there for most of our week. Dock was nice for drop off and pick up for water taxi and snorkeling. I would definitely consider staying here if we come back.

Great Home and Service

Great home in clean space. Daniel was a great host with many island tips. His wife’s business gives massages right in the unit! Plenty of group space and private space. Pickup at airport was flawless with golf carts. Super food all over island. Nice pool-warm water.

Amazing home in a great location!

2 families shared this home and truly had an incredible experience. The home was perfectly described and had all the amenities we needed. The on-site host was super helpful and friendly, we loved the location as we spent most of our time north of the bridge or on secret beach. Only a 15-20 minute golf cart ride to downtown or secret beach. The pool was great and we loved our stay!

Stunning!

Easy check in, every single detail was taken care of, the communication with very quick and respectful, and we loved the caretaker of the property. It truly couldn’t have been better, and the guide was SO HELPFUL! This alone was worth the extra funds spent on this villa vs a hotel elsewhere. 5+stars all around.

Responsive management. Plenty of space. The private beach was cleaned and raked every morning. Golf carts we ordered were waiting on us. The A/C worked great. The pools were very clean. Very quiet. Everything worked. Having a washer and dryer was nice. Plenty of outdoor seating. Kitchen was well stocked with accessories even had coffee for us. The transportation to and from Tropic Air was flawless. Every question we had was answered quickly through email or onsite by their representative. I WANT TO GO BACK ASAP.

Family Reunion

I thought the house was beautiful. It does need a little TLC in the cabinetry in the kitchen and the cooking utensils. The most disappointing thing is the sea grass problem . I know that is nothing more you can do and the neighboring properties are not as meticulous as your property is. The smell is very powerful. The secret beach we went to once and it was beautiful, but the roads you must travel in a golf cart are deplorable. It does not make you want to travel it numerous times. Candido was excellent.

Beautiful place

We had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious and plenty big enough for 7 adults. It was really nice to have the kayaks and bikes available to use whenever we wanted them. Candido was very responsive and helpful with any minor issues that came up. It was really nice to have groceries delivered and waiting for us the day we got there—would definitely recommend doing that. Also had Aurora come and fix dinner for us for a few nights which was delicious and really relaxing. I would absolutely recommend staying at Solaria if you are thinking about vacationing in Belize!

Another wonderful Spring Break!

Everything was wonderful! Anything we needed, Simon was available right away to help. Candi the caretaker was awesome as well. The location was incredible! What a way to wake up, as well as end the day. We would suggest an upgrade on the mattresses and pillows as we all found them to be uncomfortable, however it did not ruin our stay or our vacation!

Private Villa in Great Location

We were a group of 7 friends in this 5 bedroom Villa. Beautiful private home featured on VRBO. Lots of space for everyone, beautiful large balcony with comfortable outside furniture and a great shared pool. Simon, your contact at the property management company is excellent. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful place and great property manager

This house has 5 BR, 2 living areas, dining for 8, bar stools for 5, it comes with drinking water and coffee supplied, a small pool, a larger pool, a private beach, a pier, beach towels, and an app where you can find everything! If you have questions, Simon and Elena are awesome with quick responses. I messed up the dates of our fishing excursion and they bent over backwards to accommodate us, even though they didn't have to. We plan to come back again!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!!!

There were 12 of us, and our stay at Solaria Villas was AMAZING!!!! We rented both Solaria III and Casa la Bonita, and could not have been happier! The villas were clean, and had plenty of everything (i.e. towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, kitchen and laundry supplies, etc.) The setup was GREAT! Tons of living area, and deck space, plus private bedrooms and bathrooms! The pool was awesome, and the location was perfect to get to Secret Beach (you MUST go!!!!!), tons of great restaurants, and even in to town. There was also a restaurant on each side of the villas that you could walk to and both were great! The property has its own dock, so anytime we needed to leave by boat (diving, snorkeling, excursions, etc.) they picked us up right on our dock. Simon was wonderful! He was VERY responsive anytime we emailed, called, or texted. He answered all of our questions and helped us to make sure everything was perfect prior to arrival and during our stay! He got our excursions booked, made sure golf carts were waiting on us, made arrangements for us to get to an from the airport, etc. Candido was onsite during our stay, and was also FANTASTIC!!!! We say him frequently, otherwise he was always a phone call away, and was very responsive to anything and everything! Finally, Alex with Exquisite Eats was AMAZING!!!! She came to the villas and cooked for us 3 different nights, and each night was more amazing that the last! So relaxing to be able to enjoy each other’s company in the comfort of the villas and still have an amazing meal! We could not have asked for a better trip or a better place to stay! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will definitely be back!!!!!

FABULOUS!!!

Solaris III is absolutely fabulous. It's even more beautiful than the pictures. The Belizean artwork and wood are stunning. It is huge and great for larger groups or families. Simon made all the planning easy. He arranged our flights from Belize City, our taxi from San Pedro airport to the Villa, our golf cart rentals, and our snorkeling trip & Mayan ruins adventure. Having the concierge service is wonderful. Being collected at the Villa's pier for the 2 adventure days was especially convenient. Condido, the on-site manager, was very responsive and helpful. As others have reported the location is excellent for experiencing the whole island. It's equal distance between the town and Secret Beach and close to lots of delicious restaurants. (Tipsy Lobster, Truck Stop, Rojo, Marbucks & Ak'bol were our favorites). We found being north of town peaceful & beautiful. Everyone in our family had a great time and we all hope to return soon!

Trip of a lifetime!

We visited Solaria Villas III over Christmas 2019. WOW! From our first communication with Simon to the sad ride back to the airport, this trip was amazing and easy. Simon easily took care of the Villa booking and booking our Tropic Air flights and hung with us through several changes in the manifest, no easy feat with so many passengers. Again Simon made everything easy and seamless with excellent communication. From the several pick ups at the airport and quick stop at the grocery store to sign for the golf carts and provisions, to the quick ride to the villa, they got us off to a very easy and relaxed start. Once we arrived at Solaris Villas III were at total ease and vacation mode. Candido showed us around and got us familiar with all of the amenities. The property was magnificent for our family of 9. The kitchen and the five burner gas range was used extensively and enjoyed as was the deck with those wonderful reef and beach views and that sunrise we never missed. The family areas and the five separate ensuite rooms were exactly what we were looking for our family time and private time when needed. The wood burning fireplace, though not used for a fire, was exactly what we needed for our Christmas stockings. Candido and Martin were always there when needed for water supply and garbage removal, etc. and were so very friendly and helpful. They also did a great job every morning keeping the beach raked and cleaned. The property was immaculate, no shoes required or desired. Daniel hooked us up with excellent fishing guides and also with Neff and Tammy at Exsite Belize Sailing, who provided us a lifetime experience snorkeling and chilling at Ko Ko King on Caye Caulker. The property was better than the pics and suited us perfectly. The location was awesome with Las Terrazzas right next store for those with a desired a spa day and Coco Cabanas restaurant on the other side for a few meals. Solaria Villas is also just past the end of the paved road near the Tipsy Lobster and the Truck Stop. 10-15 minutes to town and same for the secret beach. Probably the best location on the island if you plan on taking in the many activities available on Ambergris Caye. Simon, we cannot thank you and your crew, Candido, Martin, Daniel, and Elena enough for helping us make this a lifetime experience in your beautiful and friendly community. We will be back!! Five stars easy!

Great for groups

Clean and organized. We were met at the airport and check in a breeze. House even better than expected. HUGE! Bedrooms separated from main areas everyone was comfortable. We would rebook in a heartbeat.
