Great week for our family

Very nice condo with updated, clean and modern finishes. Very comfortable and very clean. Reliable wifi, gorgeous sunrise views (although the patio area isn't necessarily all that large). The pool and common areas are slightly dated but overall a great experience for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers.

Grand Caribe Penthouse

The unit is stunning and spacious! It’s fully equipped and met all of our needs. The ocean views are beautiful and the resort’s dock made tour pick ups a breeze. The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful. She provided a wealth of information that was extremely helpful, especially tips regarding tours, restaurants, airport protocols, and what to buy in advance and bring with us. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

We loved the condo! We had no complaints! The place was spotless, everything was comfortable and it looked even prettier in person. Great view from the balcony and also from the back patio for sunsets. The people at Grand Caribe were also really kind and helpful.

Beautiful Accommodations

The Penthouse was lovely and beautifully furnished with amazing views and a great A/C. The resort is very nice. My only recommendation would be to have more kitchen necessities. There was no colander, limited pots/pans & baking sheets, and sparce cooking utensils. There was salt and pepper and coffee packets but basically nothing else. Also drinking water is an issue. You can purchase a 5 gallon water bottle from the resort store but you have to do it in person and then arrange for someone to bring it up and then borrow a counter top dispenser (if there's one available). On two of the days I tried to buy water, there was none available as they were sold out. But I did get some smaller plastic bottles of water. I would stay here again as it was super comfortable and gorgeous.

Exceeds my expectations

This is the most outstanding property I have ever visited. The home is immaculate! It’s packed with high end finishes and beautiful artwork representing the area. The bedding and linens are plush. The kitchen is full of the essential appliances and tools. The manager was very attentive and responded to all my messages immediately. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner during our stay. Very kind person that gifted us a tasty bottle of wine! We are already making plans to return to Belize and will only stay at this property.

You won’t find a more gorgeous and comfortable place. This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. The pictures are accurate; the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The view was amazing. Cannot recommend more!

Really just perfect!

I can’t emphasize enough, this place was perfect. Huge unit with three awesome rooms. 4 bathrooms. Great kitchen/living room area. It was the perfect set up for my family of 5. Beautiful view from the balcony. Nicely appointed condo with everything we could possibly need to feel right at home. We used the pools on property a couple times. We rented a golf cart and cruised the island. Headed into town most days for scuba diving trips. Hit all the awesome bars and restaurants in San Pedro and surrounding area. Took a trip to secret beach. The resort booked our flights from the mainland for us and even picked us up at the Tropic Air terminal on arrival. I would highly recommend this location and unit at the Grand Caribe resort on Ambergris Caye. Definitely 5 stars.

Beautiful Place, Updated, Stunning Renovation

Beautiful 3 bd unit on top floor with lots of balcony space. Staff was friendly and helpful. Concierge made arrangements for dinners etc. Beach was a bummer. Lots of weed and smelled (issue with whole side of island, so can’t hold that against Grand Caribe) We did the drive to secret beach for most days, which is beautiful. Belize is on a curfew. We arrived Friday and was told 10pm and then Belize wide changed to 9pm due to Covid. Again, bummer, but not owner’s fault. Note pool bar closes at 5. Both restaurants Aqua and Rain in the complex are very good. Went through Grand Caribe for hopper flight/transportation/golf cart-went seamless.

Incredible Penthouse with 5 star style!

This is the best vacation home we have stayed in! This is not your typical beach condo. The owner's paid attention to every detail from decorating the outside hallway, down to the high-end cork screw for your wine. No expense was spared! Our family had all the space and privacy we needed with the added bonus of being in the middle of a first class resort. The manager of this unit had excellent communication skills and answered all our questions quickly. We look forward to coming back again and again.
