Cannot say enough of how wonderful this property is! We traveled with 3 couples and the layout of the house was perfect. Everyone had their own on-suite and balcony/patio area. After a great day of fishing, the property manger and his wife cooked a meal of grilled fish, homemade tortillas and all of the sides while we relaxed in the pool. So amazing. He was also very helpful for everything to restaurants, sites to see and even getting us to the airport to fly out. Great having that extra level of help around. Communication with the owner booking to leaving was also very open and easy.

This is a beautiful and comfortable house in a great location. The deck and oceanfront area are fabulous and relaxing, and getting picked up and dropped off right at the dock is super convenient. Rosa and Pedro are lovely, super helpful and we had great breakfasts and a dinner. All of the information provided ahead of time was great. It was our first time in the area and we didn't realize how shallow the water is. It's not great for swimming, and all the boats make it difficult for kayaking. But that's not unique to this house, it's the whole area. We enjoyed being a bit of our town. There's a new restaurant that's right behind the house which was convenient and we had golf carts to take us around. We felt very spoiled the whole time!

Location, Amenities and so much more!

Our large family group enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at Stillwater Belize. Early communication with host Julie was prompt and helpful, and even with some logistical issues on our end, Pedro (wonderful property manager) made sure we were on track with transportation, check-in, orientation of the property upon arrival, and dinner (thank you Rosa). Stillwater offers a beautiful setting, swimming pool, yard games, beach view, and all the amenities needed (or wanted) for a memorable holiday. Highly Recommend!!

Still Waters, Still Mind

We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay for our family’s first international trip together. Still Waters was the ideal home base for our week in paradise.The views are absolutely breathtaking. We filled our days lounging by the pool, reading in hammocks and with unforgettable excursions. Swimming with sharks and turtles during our first-ever snorkeling adventure was a once-in-a-lifetime experience we’ll never forget.Beyond the adventures, the peace and beauty of Still Waters gave us a much-needed break from our hectic lives and the constant Seattle rain. It truly felt like a little slice of heaven. We loved the location - out of the bustle of San Pedro and a quicker access to northern gems.Pedro and Rosa’s hospitality was the cherry on top—they went above and beyond, helping us arrange golf carts, and book excursions seamlessly. Their warm welcome made us feel right at home. Pedro is truly a caretaker of the property, which extends out to the Public beach. He set out hammocks daily, kept us stocked with fresh towels and water.Julie was easy to communicate with and had great tips for us. The house is well appointed with attention to guest comfort. We booked for 7 nights and ended up booking an extra night - we didn't want to leave.Note there is endless garbage along the beach, a case-study for not using plastic, and lots of seaweed, so having a private pool was appreciated. Pedro kept Still Waters beach immaculate.We are dreaming of coming back!

Breathtaking views

Watching the sunrise each morning through the palm trees made it a trip to always remember. Pedro was awesome help, very friendly. Meals by Rosa great. Very relaxing and rememberable!!

Couples Trip to Belize

The house is actually nicer than advertised and very well located for restarunts and bars. Julie the owner was extremely helpful putting us in touch with fishing guides, golf cart rentals, grocers who stocked the house before we arrived, as well as dinner reservations. Pedro and Rosa are wonderful caretakers providing breakfast and cleaning services. We dove twice with White Sands who picked us up on the dock in front of the house. Great trip, will definitely book again.

5 Star Oasis

We had the most amazing time at Still Waters. This property is luxury top to bottom. Our groundskeeper Pedro was amazing. He was there to greet us as well as make sure we had everything we needed daily. He provided us his own fishing poles and went to town to get a sardines every other day so our kids could fish off the dock. He made sure our surroundings were clean and well-maintained. His lovely wife Rosa came in every day and cleaned and made sure we had fresh towels as well as made our beds and made sure everything was in order. Julie, the host, makes this home feels like home away. It had absolutely everything you could ask for but the best part was the backyard a.k.a. the beach. Everyone was extremely responsive and cared for us like family. All in all, we would love to come back to Still Waters. What a lovely vacation.

Much Needed Family Vacation

Still Waters was the Perfect place for our family to reconnect for our family vacation. Our family is split up between Iowa and Colorado and we love that it was a bit off the beaten path and not in the hustle and bustle of the town. Not that the town is all that hustle and bustle, but it was just amazing that it had its own beach its own pool perfect for our 9/mo grandson And also all of us adults. There was room for everyone to do a little bit of everything between volleyball kayaking, paddle boarding playing in the sand in the pool & hanging out in the house if we wanted. We could hop on the golf cart and get anywhere not that much time between Beach the little area of town before the bridge and then also get into town in a short time to go to restaurants. The adults could go into town at night and enjoy themselves while the baby went to bed. And Rosa were absolutely amazing. We could not have asked for better hosts for our stay. It truly made me sad to leave them. Julie was amazing from the start with so many questions I had with baby out of the country for the very first time As well as coming to a new place. Between coordinating golf carts and taxis and meals Julie And Pedro were just incredible. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for this trip. We really felt like home but at the same time an unforgettable vacation. Roses food was so delicious. We really regretted not having more meals from her. Secret beach snorkeling & fishing were amazing 2 can’t say enuf!

Fabulous Property and Manager!

We had so much fun staying at Still Waters. The property is just a gorgeous in person and it was in the pictures. Pedro and Rosa manager the property and they are super helpful and nice. We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, but this is the first time we had someone come in to do some light cleaning each day we were there and it was so nice! We had some travel hiccups along the way the host was really helpful in getting everything sorted out for our new arrival plans. We all want to go back!

On the beach

This is a relatively remote house with roads that may be difficult with rain and pot holes. The home is on the beach close to scuba guides. The rooms are spacious. The doors extremely difficult to open and close. Pedro was delightful and helpful. The challenges are doable.

Great Place!

We enjoyed 2 amazing weeks at Still Waters. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Pedro and Rosa were great! Rosa is a great cook and Pedro was able to arrange for anything we wanted while we were there. I highly recommend a stay at this property!

Clean, beautiful, and fun!

Still Waters was the perfect spot for our family fly fishing vacation! Our guides pulled right up to the dock in the mornings - we just walked out the back door to meet them. As anticipated, Rosa and Pedro were wonderful and SO accommodating. Rosa's food was delicious and Pedro's eager helpfulness and great big smile always put a smile on our faces. Julie helped immensely in our planning and checked in on us during our stay. All her recommendations were excellent. The house was clean and very comfortable for our family of 8 - we appreciated the high end linens, towels, and comfortable beds!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. Julie allowed us to have an intimate vow renewal here and the private beach did not disappoint! Pedro and Rosa are absolutely amazing. They even put out decorations on our vow renewal day! We had no idea they would do this, but it truly warmed my heart when I saw them out there making sure everything was beautiful. The mosquitoes were in full effect when we were there, but Pedro did his best to make sure it wasn’t too bad. He would come our several times to light candles and put our foggers. Rosa also makes the most delicious food! We enjoyed our couples massage in between the trees as well. The views are incredible and we enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunsets. We’d definitely stay here again without hesitation!

UnBelizeable Family Vacation

1st time to Belize and we had an amazing time. Still Waters was the perfect spot for our family of 8. On our down time between reef fishing, snorkeling, sunset cruising, and secrete beach we all enjoyed hanging by the pool, kayaking, and resting in the hammocks. Julie was great helping us set everything up prior to the trip and Pedro and Rosa were fantastic hosts during our stay.

Bachelorette Trip

This house was everything we expected and more. A little piece of our own paradise. Rosa and Pedro are absolutely amazing, and Julie was SO helpful in facilitating everything we wanted to do. We would’ve never been able to do it without Julie, Pedro and Rosa! Communication was always transparent and everything was absolutely perfect. The worst part of the trip is that we had to move the itinerary around and leave a day early due to the Tropical Storm, but Julie saved the day by taking care of rescheduling everything for us so we still did everything we wanted to do, but didn’t have to stress about it!!! I appreciate y’all so much and 10/10 recommend Still Waters for your trip to Belize.

Beach front - great for group

It was better than we expected. Great, well maintained facility. Service was also excellent. Two minor criticisms: 1 the water regeneration makes a noise every time someone uses the toilet or the shower. If you're a light sleeper it will bug you like some in our party. 2. No air conditioning in the main areas, just in the bedrooms. It got hot and uncomfortable when we were in the living room and kitchen some nights.
