As you step inside, you'll immediately notice how the indoor and outdoor living spaces flow seamlessly together. Large sliding glass doors connect the living area to the spacious private terrace and swimming pool, filling the property with natural light throughout the day.

Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and includes:

• Master bedroom with a double bed, desk and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

• Second bedroom with two single beds.

• Sofa bed in the living room.

• Second fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A travel cot is available on request for an additional €30 per stay. It includes a mattress, mattress protector and fitted sheet.

The spacious private terrace features a 4.30 x 2.30 metre swimming pool, picnic table, chill-out area, sun loungers and parasols. It's the perfect place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, share a meal, cool off in the pool or simply unwind under the Mediterranean sun.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay, including high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, ducted air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, clothes airer, bed linen, towels and all the essentials you need during your stay.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the private terrace and swimming pool.

Located in a peaceful residential area of San Pedro del Pinatar, the apartment is close to supermarkets, restaurants and all essential amenities. Within just a few minutes you can reach both the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the Regional Park of Las Salinas. Cartagena, the Costa Cálida and several excellent golf courses are also within easy reach.

Security system

The property is protected by a security alarm system that includes indoor security cameras.

The cameras remain completely switched off throughout your stay and are only activated when guests choose to arm the alarm system after leaving the property.

During check-in we will explain how the system works and answer any questions you may have. For your additional peace of mind, you are also welcome to cover the cameras for the duration of your stay if you wish.
