El servicio increíble. Nos recibió don Guillermo, un caballero muy amable y atento todo el tiempo para que estuviésemos cómodas, y el resto del servicio también muy atentos. Todo perfecto! Rica pieza, piscina y zonas comunes. Completamente recomendado!

Great place to relax
Handy situated with short walk to main shopping area. Family owned. Although limited english we were well looked after, the father was most helpful. It was lovely having a pool to relax in as the weather was very hot.

Muito bom.
Janeiro 24… a família toda e a Lily é muito atenciosa, me ajudou em tudo que eu precisei com carinho e disposição. O quarto que fiquei não tinha ar condicionado e por ser verão fez falta. Tinha ventilador. O chuveiro bom com água quente e fria bem ajustado. Um lugar familiar onde me senti em casa. O hotel tem uma localização maravilhosa. Bom custo x beneficio

As a hotel, was great, but the real blessing was that the owner went out of their way to ensure we had a great trip in atacama.

Chegamos em 21/12/23. Hotel aconchegante, nos sentimos em casa, muito confortável, água quente, alguns quartos tem ar-condicionado, mas mesmo no verão, a noite esfria e nao é necessário ligá-lo. Fomos muito bem acolhidos por Luiz, por seu filho Francisco e por uma funcionária . Cama confortável, quarto e roupas de cama limpos. Recomendo e voltarei a me hospedar.

Bem simples, porém limpo e com bom banho.
Pousada simples, sem ar condicionado, mas com boa cama e bom banho. Nada a reclamar, é um problema da região, mas quase pela metade do preço, ficamos num hotel bem melhor em Santiago.

Excellent property! Nice clean and very safe hotel on good location. The breakfast was tasty and delicious. The staff is more than friendly. Special and a big thank you to the host GUILLERMO. He is the man with a great heart and soul. Help to guests to enjoy the stay in anyway. He doesn't speaks English but still you can communicate with him. He help to us a lot. Found people who speak English and we organised some tours. Thank you GUILLERMO for everything you did for us!

Decepcionante. Apesar do esforço do Sr.Guilhermo, nosso anfitrião e gerente, o hotel deixa muito a desejar. Localização boa, uns 10 min do centro. Mas o quarto e muito frio, piso frio de ardósia, nao ha aquecedor no quarto. Tivemos que solicitar tapetes para esquentar um pouco o ambiente e nao congelarmos. Banho quente que se torna gelado apos minutos, o banho deve ser curto e cronometrado. Mulher lavar a cabeça entao nem pensar. Cafe da manha servido a partir das 8h30min. Como todos os passeios sao cedo, nao tivemos cafe da manha nenhum dia sequer. Nao recomendo.

It was so clean and maintained perfectly. The breakfast room/ kitchen was available to us at all times with free tea and coffee. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Location is great in a quiet street just 5 minutes walk from the main businesses.

Mysigt litet hotel/hostel nära centrum
Ett mycket trevligt litet hotel med "hostel känsla". Rummen är ganska små (samtliga varianter) och servicen begränsad. Trots det är det ett hotel med "atmosfär" och det är lätt att trivas här. Frukosten är enkel men god. Det finns ost, skinka och marmelad till smörgåsarna. Ägg får man steka själv. Köket kan man använda hela dagen och fixa egen mat. Ett gemensamt kylskåp finns. Utsikt mot vulkanerna medan man äter frukost. Poolen är liten men ger svalka om det är varmt. Promenad till centrum tar 7 minuter. Management består av ägaren och en städerska, som bägge är trevliga och bara pratar spanska. Sammantaget kan man trivas bra här, men man skall inte ha höga förväntningar på lyx och service.

Vackert under de mörka nätterna.

Comfortable rooms with top customer service
We had a great stay at Vicuña Lodge. Beds are super comfortable and warm, rooms cleaned to a high standard everyday. Modern bathroom with good shower. Good breakfast and they provide a takeaway one if you are out early. The female owner (Lilli?) was super welcoming and attentive. Helped us out with a very time sensitive airport transfer problem. She makes you feel very welcome and is always on hand for anything. Location is perfect as well - 5 minute walk from the main street. Would highly recommend as a base for doing the Atacama.

A decent spot for Atacama based excursions
It's a bit hard to find but then that is how things are in San Pedro de Atacama. Good location-about a 10 min. walk to the main drag in the town. Room was nice and comfortable and had a big fan since it was coming into summer season and while daily highs of around 80, well, since there are never clouds here, things really heat up in the afternoon. The grandmotherly owner lives onsite and she was very sweet. Didn't have much time for the little pool but it was covered and since this is high desert the water temp was quite cool. I would recommend having earplugs with you since the owner has a little Yorkie like my mom does and they are the "yappiest" dogs on earth-it was quite annoying. It would be nice if they had a mini-fridge in the room since I think the daily rate is a bit high but at least I had access to put my beverages in the fridge in the breakfast area.

Accomodations in San Pedro are going to be pretty modest no matter where you stay. Vicuna Lodge makes up the difference with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a few little extras along the way

清潔感がありメインストリートまでも5−10分程度
シャワーのお湯が出なかったのが残念。施設はいつも掃除が綺麗にされており、清潔感がありよかった。室内に冷蔵庫がないため、食堂の冷蔵庫をお願いして使用させていただきました。出発時間の関係から、朝食時間の変更をお願いした際も快く承諾。英語は通じないため、スマホの翻訳機能を使いコミュニケーション。オーナーの奥様が陽気で、気遣いのきく方で滞在してよかったと思います。メインストリートまでも5−10分程度なので便利も良いと思います。

オーナーやその他従業員全員がとてもフレンドリーで優しい。朝早く出発でも朝食を作ってくれた。施設も綺麗。朝食を食べる部屋には冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、ケトル、コンロ、シンク、食器もあるので簡単な調理なら可能。洗濯を干すこともできる。 スペイン語しか通じないが特に難はなかった。 また戻って来たいと思える宿だった。

Great place close to Caracoles
Great place close to Caracoles This hotel is close to Caracoles street and the owners were so helpful about the area. The room was super clean. We had good internet connection with no problem. Another highlight from this place is that we had an excursion with a 4:30 am pick up and they left some snacks to take along with us. That was awesome!

Experiência no deserto
Foi muito agradável. Trata-se de pequeno hotel simples mas muito aconchegante. D. Guilhermo e Luis são muito amáveis, o chek in foi feito na hora que chegamos, mesmo antes do horário contratado. Também houve grande tolerância no chek out visto que o nosso voo era à noite. Não tomamos café da manhã no hotel pq os nossos passeios saiam muito cedo, mas D Guilhermo deixava lanche com frutas, biscoitos e sucos para levarmos.

The host and staff were very friendly and helpful even preparing a breakfast for you if you had an early tour. just let them know the day before. Breakfast is basic but enough and there is a kitchen for guests to use by the breakfast area. Rooms are cleaned daily and each room has a small table and chairs outside. Ideal location situated close to the bus terminal, about a 5 minute walk, and less than 10 minutes to the main square.

Basic lodging
Guillermo, the host was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very good. location was good, a short pleasant walk to Caracoles. The bathroom was updated except for the shower which had only a handheld shower head. Breakfast was very basic. One slice of cheese, one slice of ham. Bread. A toaster. Some fruit. Instant coffee (1) and tea. Best part of breakfast was the view.

A lovely little place a quick walk from The center of San Pedro. The location was great! The room was simple and clean, with a great bathroom and a strong standing fan for hotter afternoons. Breakfast was simple but all we needed, and they’re very flexible about leaving food out for you early if you have an early tour.

We had a nice time at Vicuña Lodge and the owners were very kind. In fact, they even helped us with a car situation. Breakfasts were nice and simple and they coordinated with us to leave a “breakfast bag” in the mornings when we had to head out super early! Thank you!

Recomendo e voltaria
Acabamos de voltar de uma estadia de 4 noites no Vicuna Lodge e estamos muito satisfeitos. O quarto é grande, a cama é confortável e o ambiente compartilhado é muito agradável, com mesinhas do lado de fora, onde é possível fazer pequenas refeições. A roupa de cama estava muito cheirosa! Quarto muito limpo. Apenas algumas observações: o box é muito pequeno e com cortina de plástico, o que tornava o banho um pouco desconfortável. No entanto, não tivemos nenhum problema com pressão e temperatura da água, situação comum em SPA. Além disso, sentimos falta de uma mesa ou mesmo uma cadeira no quarto. A localização é boa, uns 10 min de caminhada da rua Caracoles. A cozinha compartilhada é outro ponto positivo, inclusive com geladeira a disposição dos hospedes. Café da manhã bom, com pães, frios e suco natural feito na hora. No mais, ótima atenção dos donos do hotel, muito simpáticos, prestativos e sempre presentes.
