Gracias por escribir un comentario acerca del hotel, siempre ayuda para seguir mejorando. Lamentamos que haya venido desde tan lejos en auto para quedarse tan sólo un día en el desierto de Atacama y no haber podido disfrutar más tranquilamente de sus diversos atractivos turísticos. La privilegiada vista a los volcanes, la tranquilidad de su entorno, un lodge inspirado y construido con las tecnicas milenarias del desierto, sumado a una atencion personalizada , espero puedan resultar del agrado de la gran mayoria de nuestros huespedes. deseandoles un muy buen retorno a sus quehaceres habituales, se despide atte juan sota, dueño planeta atacama lodge

Vraiment Navré Bruno, Malheureusement le jour que vous êtes venus , je n´étais pas a San Pedro, et n´ai pas su de votre gran problème de ventilation dans votre habitation... je confirme que la fille qui était en charge la semaine de mes vacances n´as pas été a l´hauteur au moins vous proposer de changer de chambre ou autre solution. enfin première fois en huit ans que je vois un cas pareil et ca me touche énormément , car notre style , est de faire notre mieux pour résoudre les inconvénients qui puissent y apparaitre cordialement a vous

Dear anonymous, Txs for your review. We do indeed provide a good breakfast so that everyone can be contented by its variety! We are glad we did all the efforts possible to help you with guides, agencies, taxis and restaurant bookings.... Also relieved that the volcanoes are set at the right place right in front of the terrace;) As for the water system the city provides, it is the same everywhere in San Pedro de Atacama. We do have a cosy lighting and our king size beds are our guests' top ranking. We fixed the mosquito net and you thanked us for that in person...As for the toilet, we do insist on not throwing toilet paper in the sink! Best regards.
